  1. "Also, I watched the finale of Glee" was a great line. LOL, A+, Ichabod. God, I love this show and that was a great episode.

  2. This was great episode still can't stand the new sheriff

  3. I cracked the hell up at that line. Oh, my god, that was so good.
The stuff with the coin was creepy! Especially the whole thing at the end reminding us that there's still 29 coins like that lurking around out there. Eesh. I wonder if that means we'll see this showing up again later on in the season?
Some good points made in this episode from both Abbie and Katrina: Abbie about Katrina's loyalty to her son, and Katrina to Abraham about Henry bringing her back to his childhood home. Though, Henry's reaction to the bed at the end doesn't seem to indicate anything good on that front...
I also love the way Abbie comforted Jenny after that tense moment in the forest. That was really sweet and moving, as was Abbie's reaction to the file on her mom. Man. I'm looking so forward to exploring the past with Abbie and Jenny's mom further, it sounds like there's one hell of a story there!
Good episode. That ending with Ichabod's voiceover as they showed various characters sounded so ominous... I'm excited :D.

  4. Good, not great. I was really disappointed that Abbie was telling Crane about her mother and not Jenny. You would think that would be an important sisterly scene. However, that end scene really seems to be building the theme of who can we trust and the hint of betrayal (Crane/Mills)

  5. I agree this should be something that Abbie and Jenny hash out together. Unfortunately, even before Jenny got hold of that coin, it was obvious she and Abbie were at odds over anything related to her, so I can understand Abbie's hesitance in bringing it up to her right now (especially considering Jenny'd just had a gun pointed at her. While under the influence of otherworldly forces, of course, but still...).
I do hope that they do get a chance to talk this stuff out properly at some point this season, though, yes, 'cause you're right, this should be a "sisterly scene" sort of thing. I think we'll get that sort of moment eventually, though.

  6. I LOVED IT!!! Ichabod is the man!! I loved him confessing to the Priest, that was hilarious. "My wife is living with another man." Hahahahahaha, then after a few more, "Oh that is all, much better." LOL...I also loved that he hated that guy. WHICH BTW, I MUST MENTION...he's Dan from Hellcats!! And my god how sexy has he gotten??? I would fix his hair some, but other that that, wow he looks great. (I do miss Hellcats). The scene with him and Henry was amazing I loved it, then stupid Sheriff had to come and ruin in. Ugh. But an ways, when Ichabod ranted b/c of his no ID in the bar, I laughed so hard. Abbie was all, "No we won't be drinking" LOL. And him going undercover in the psych ward to talk to Irving was great. I wish Irving could've told him that he signed those papers!

I really loved Abbie, Jenny, and Ichabod's scenes tonight. BuI'm just gonna point out Ichabod called Jenny, "Jenny" twice. It bothered me. I know i know it was under extreme circumstances, but it still bothered me. Lol I would've loved to have scene Abbie get all Grrr, but I'm glad Ichabod kicked it away. Also another great yet honest talk between Abbie and Ichabod about Katrina. Abbie was 100% right, and I loved the way she put it. Another thing to let sink in for Ichabod.

Favorite line of the night-- "And I also watched the finale of Glee." LOL I laughed so hard and cheered!! Ichabod Crane loves Glee. Hell yeah!!! Omg, that made me proud to be a Gleek (even though the series has gotten really bad). I would totally watch Glee with Ichabod. Omg they should show him watching Glee and Abbie will give him this face, like really?? Hahahaha tthat'd be classic!

Lastly, glad he got ID and i would like to see him and Abbie share a beer, b/c boy has he earned it!! And he definitely needs one.

Next week- Pied Piper!! I've been waiting.

  7. I loved that whole thing. Lol his facial expression, omg. And when he fixed his hair back, being all nervous. LOL That was great. That definitely was Dan from Hellcats, I was so mad when it didn't get picked up for a second season. As soon as I saw his face I yelled DAN. Lol, unfortunately I don't know that actor in anything else, so sorry, but hey maybe one day you'll check out hellcats. It had potential. It got picked up for a full season really quickly. And as a fellow Gleek, I will say, ready for the last season? I am.

  8. Sleepy Heads, yet another enjoyable episode delivered, Abbie and Ichabod are one of the best duos/couples on TV! Who doesn't watch this awesome series and why? 4 THE SLEEPY HEADS, I will remain Nobody!!!

  9. solid ep... loved the variations tying together Benadict Arnold and the Judas Iscariot's 30 pieces of silver, which kind of reminded me of the coins of power in Grimm a bit. Enjoyed the introduction of the new privateer character and if he can actually be trusted... still trying to figure out the new sheriff as well

  10. This episode is better than episode 2. I like every scene that Ichabod's in a bar. It's hilarious. I also like touching scenes too.Especially,When Abbie try to talk to Jenny doesn't shoot new sheriff, it's so touching.

p.s. Henry will be back to be a a good man? I am not sure when I saw him burn a bed that he born...

  11. No, considering they'd done nothing but argue about their mother, she wouldn't go running to Jenny with this information until she'd digested it. She'd hash it out with someone she trusts, but who doesn't have an emotional stake in it. For Abbie that's Crane.

  12. Ah, his facial expressions are great (doesn't hurt that he's easy on the eyes, either-that makes watching him all the more enjoyable). And YES to the hair thing, too!
Ah, okay. I may have to check that show out-I remember hearing about it when it was on TV, but somehow missed watching it (so I probably aided in it only lasting one season as a result :p. Sorry!). I understand the feeling of good shows being cancelled too early, it sucks. At least it's good to know people from that show are still getting some good work.
I am ready, yeah! As crazy as the show is, I am curious to see how it all wraps up. I hope people get their happy endings out of it all, and that the ending will make fans happy as well (that'd be a tall order, given the...debates...I've seen amongst fans online, but it's worth a shot).

  13. He's acting out, like a child. He DOES have feelings for his mother. He felt them while looking at that bed, so he burned it, thinking that would make those feelings go away. But of course it's not that simple.

  14. On a Glee note, so far I am NOT liking what we have be given. So I hope that changes before it endS.

Back to sleepy hollow, do you think in later seasons, that they'll ever give Ichabod a "haircut" and then he'll look more like Tom?

    ReplyDelete
  15. You are not alone! Lots of people seem unhappy about where things are going on that show. I have my issues with some of the storylines, too, so yeah, here's hoping they can straighten a few things out next season on that front.
Anywho...ha, oh, wow, there's a good question! Considering the talk about someday changing his wardrobe, it wouldn't surprise me if a haircut were in order, too. I personally like the longer hair and his regular dress, myself-I like the idea of Ichabod always being a step out of time in his appearance, his look adds to his character a little. But heck, Tom's a handsome guy, so if they do change things up at all to make him look more "modern" and whatnot, I think I'll learn to deal with that fairly quickly :D.

  16. Im confused...why cant they serve Beer to Crane?....does he look like a "Minor"?...i dont think so...☺...

  17. Waitress is so stick with a protocol..

  18. I don't mind his wardrobe but I am one of the fans that want to see him in something new. Last season I wanted Abbie to take him shopping so badly just so I could see his reaction to new clothing. I wouldn't want him to change too fast never that, but when he's wearing something new I always notice. I remember I laughed so hard when he wore those skinny jeans. Lmao that was great.

As far as his hair, I love the wig on him, I think it makes him look very sexy. (Tom is attractive anyway) the hair just works for him, but with every show every season they change the appearance of a character, so if they DO end up cutting his hair I imagine it would be in season 4. Omg if Abbie did it that would be Sooo cute! Or if she took him to a barber. Lol could you imagine the reaction?? That would be Sooo much fun!!

  19. Matt Barr is a great addition to the cast. I hope he gets to stick around.

  20. i was ready to give up on parish but the fact that he moved into the house where he was born and i'm not writing it off just because he burned the bed at least no yet that might mean he thinks he has no humanity left but he might, that scene with him and ichabod was intense as well as the scene with abbie and jenny in the forest, and NOOO ichabod you watch glee lmao

  21. I just love how this show incorporates our history of the events with silly fact.

Example Benedict Arnold did indeed betrayed our country but adding that the coin was responsible was adorable lol

  22. If you ever watched One Tree Hill, he was in season 4. He pretended to be Peyton's brother.

  23. I freaking hate John Noble's character and the fact that he's one of the main cast now...
