The scene where Snow and Charming were getting ready to go hiking... well it wasn't really one of my favorites per say, but it did have one of my favorite lines of the episode: "...or if we fall through a portal to Asgard" lol

ReplyDeleteOk am i the only one who's favourite part of this and the last episode was anything with Will Scarlett/Knave in it?
ReplyDeleteEmma telling Regina that she wanted to be Regina's friend. Amazing, especially Regina's reaction. Loved all the Regina&Emma interaction this week. As for the connection between Emma and the Snow Queen - well, I guessed it some three weeks ago.
ReplyDeleteSee how many times Regina's name is listed for scenes? That's why this was the best episode of the season so far. It's really just not the same when she's relegated to less than 5 minutes of screen time in an episode.

Emma/Hook and the Snow Queen (I actually predicted the snow queen thing but it was still a cool twist)
ReplyDeleteI agree!!
ReplyDeleteBreaking Glass aka SwannQueen power
ReplyDeleteEmma discovering her connection to the Snow Queen should be put separately from the scene with the keepsakes. They are two different scenes, importance-wise, meaning-wise, why one can like each one. I'm sure many liked one of either those scenes and not the other (either because it was trivial/unnecessary or they called in a while ago or for whatever reason). Just my two cents. :)
ReplyDeleteNow, about the best scenes: Emma & Regina having that heart-to-heart. Or more like, Emma having it & Regina, even hurt, listening, accepting and reciprocating in a small, let's-not-cave-in-so-easily-I-am-a-Queen way of hers. ;)
Two, Regina and Emma running on the bridge, "jump!" "are you okay?"
Three, fighting the "snow man"/warrior, Emma doing what Regina had done in 4x01 in the woods: Blind-siding it & attacking. Loved the silent interaction of the plan. Or the fact that one wasn't needed, with a look Regina knew what Emma was doing, with a look Emma knew that Regina understood what she was doing.
Honorary mention: Will calling Hook on his "romancing" ways. xD Also, his interaction with Snow White. xD
For reals . I wrote it in another topic: I read all the possible spoilers. But "read about it" and "see it" is for me completly two DIFFERENT things. So, yeah... "For reals".
ReplyDeleteThe whole end scene in the vault between Emma and Regina it was soooo amazing
ReplyDeleteIt was not a spoiler merely a theory, since it was never confirmed by the writers/cast/crew until we saw it on screen.
ReplyDeleteBut, when you read a theory (specially when a lot of people are speculating about it) it kinda looses the surprise factor. So yeah, sorry for asking.
Dearie. I don't loose "the surprise factor". "Read about something" and "see it" is for me completly two DIFFERENT things.
ReplyDeleteElsa building the snow staircase and it turning to ice as she ran across. I thought that was the coolest scene, in terms of special effects and directing, of the episode.
ReplyDeleteIn terms of story, I liked Regina and Emma fighting the snow man together, Emma telling Regina she just wanted to be her friend, Elsa overcoming her fears to free herself from the chains & then saving Regina and Emma from the Snow Queen (again, great special effects as well).
