  1. I liked this episode much more than the pilot. There were a lot of greast scenes, but in the end Ghost Wells won me over. They never should have killed that kid.

It has to be that final scene for me, I got such chills! I really loved this episode. I'm glad it held the 0.5 despite losing one of the biggest markets + WS.

    Honourable mentions:
Ghost Wells getting me right in the feels.
Jaha landing in the middle of nowhere.
The opening sequence! (I mean come on it was so awesome!)

  3. The last scene for sure... was reminiscent of Lost's awesome cliffhangers.

  4. When Jaha finds out that he was carrying just a blanket... it was really funny to me.

  5. Raven's strength just amazes me, so any scene with her and then Ghost Wells.
I liked this episode more than the premiere too and it had a lot of scenes that are just hard to choose from. I was NOT a fan of Kane making Bellamy feel like he failed "his people" by missing those barrels of guns. It seemed an unnecessary way to undermine any pride or confidence Bellamy grew to have in himself last season.

  6. Raven was awesome here and I hope this marks the return of the awesome, kick butt Raven on the Ark before she was turned into a sad sap love triangle character. She deserved better and so far I like her more in season 2 then anytime since she landed on the ground.

My problem with Kane is that the way he is reacting is just stupid and shortsighted. He's smarter than this. No one would keep their best ally locked up instead of using their expertise. I know they are trying to show that Kane doesn't want to lose anyone else, especially a kid, but it is failing miserably. Kane had the best character growth of anyone on the Ark last season and they are tossing it away. They need to remember that he is a smart, capable leader and let him act liek one instead of making him him the little dictator of all he can see.

  7. The scene with Clarke at the end made me drop my jaw... wow, that was dark. This show really is something else. I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts.

  8. I keep hoping that people will check it out because I can see newcomers being sucked in right away. With any luck it will stay consistent in ratings so that we can get a season 3 and 4.

I thought the visual of where Jaha landed was spectacular. He can't be that far away from the 100 or else, why have him make it? But it still looked like a different planet. I am hoping that he keeps hallucinating Ghost Wells until he reunites with his people because the more Ghsot Wells the better.

  9. It did make for a great cliffhanger and one that I am very puzzled about. We know someone betrays Clarke but why would they after this? Do they not believe her and think she's making up things to get the 100 to revolt?

  10. The pilot? Do you mean the premiere?

  11. For me it was the moment right before this one. I was hoping that the baby was a hallucination, but you never know with the CW. However as soon as he landed in the missile belly first, I heaved a huge sigh of relief. Even The 100 wouldn't go so far as to kill a baby by landing on it. From that point, everything was good.

  12. I wasn't convinced they weren't doing a really wacky plot yet (like who leaves a baby in a cabinet?), but I did think "Hey idiot don't smush the kid!"

  13. Ha! Baby pancake just doesn't play well with TV audiences.

  14. What do you mean someone betrays Clarke?! Please explain some more!

  15. Here's hoping the demos stay steady and it gets renewed.

  16. Sorry. I was refering to the press release from the CW that came out earlier. It is a plot synopsis for a later episode. It's here if you want to read it but it does obviously have spoilers for the whole show in it: http://www.spoilertv.com/2014/10/the-cw-primetime-press-releases-various_24.html

  17. Really??, why??, well I guess he was sweet, but I really don't like that kind of guys, you know the ones that are considered the whole time and never dare to say and do why they really want.

  18. Not so much, no! The mental image of him unzipping his suit and there being a crushed baby was super creepy. But for me it was counterbalanced by a niggle of annoyance at the stupid TV logic of no way if there were a kid, it wouldn't be fine.

  19. Oh, yeah! I had totally forgotten about that! Thanks for sending me a link!

  20. I'm really interested in Jaha now. That story-line looks like it's going to be good; knowing how people in other places far from Mount Wheater are living, etc. Any guesses of where he landed?

  21. There was so many good moments that I just can´t choose only one :D

  22. So many great moments, the scene post Surgery, Finn breaking Bellamy out and the group going on the hunt, Octavia being a badass. The two that really stood out for me were Jaha's hallucinations and reentry to Earth and Clarke being such a bamf, cutting open her stitches and then discovering the ghastly secret at Mt. Weather!

  23. I like this idea very much ... that he keeps hallucinating about Wells and thereby pushing himself to survival.
Also, I'm just guessing here, but judging from the opening sequence, with that bridge in the background (and the statue of liberty), I'd say he probably landed in New York which is now a desert wasteland!

  24. I voted for badass Clarke getting hurt to enter medical, but I'm telling you Raven's screams will haunt me forever. This show is so damn good.

  25. It was a good episode but nothing overwhelming. Too many plot lines for my taste, I worry that new viewers have trouble getting into the show. If you haven't seen Season 1 why would you care for Lincoln and Octavia? I hope that Murphy gets a redemption arc, and he is not going to blow it. I liked the scene with Bellamy and Murphy. Also Raven/Finn interaction was great, they are still friends. I hope Finn finally gets a storyline of his own, I like the bromance Finn,Bellamy and Murphy, this group splitting from the adults is the best plot line for me.

  26. Can i vote for all?? :D

  27. New York ! You can see the brooklyn bridge in the background !

  28. Are you serious?!? I thought it was the Sahara or something lol.

  29. I'm not 100% sure, but it is a bridge and it looked like the brooklyn bridge ;-)

The Flash, Arrow, The 100, The Originals, Supernatural are great shows.

  32. Yeah, plus in the opening credits it showed a part of the Statue of Liberty also in that desert wasteland so it looks like he's in the New York area. There's also what looks to be a city in that same desert in the opening credits as well so I imagine that Jaha might meet some new Grounders soon.

  33. Oh crap, so much stuffing in an episode and I like it!
