Please note this will not contain spoilers (a very brief outline of things that are going to happen)

Intruders follows up episode 7 with a superb end to the show. The episode engaged me from start to finish , I couldn't take my eyes of the TV for a second.

In the season finale, many loose ends are tied up involving Qui Reverti. The episode provides us with many answers to the so many questions we had since the very first episode with some well-acted scenes, however some things still get left unanswered. We see a lot of excellent flashbacks throughout the episode that sheds light on some of our characters pasts and how they ended up being where they are now. We see many things revealed in the flashbacks that shows us who is really in charge. Many shocking discoveries are made that will leave you wondering what has been going on all these years. Jack continues on his revenge mission after the last episodes devastating events, which leads him into a more troubling situation. Our characters are forced to pick sides, some hearts do get broken and we finally get to see what really happens to those who have to move on. The episode is filled with superb action sequences from start to finish; the dialogue is exceptional as always. As the episode picks up straight from where it finished last time, each character tries to gain the upper hand, but who comes out on top?
The final scene of the episode makes me really hope the show gets renewed; the ending was both satisfying and unexpected. Well something I certainly didn't see coming.

    Thanks Robert!
Maybe I already wrote it, but the exact name of the cult is Qui Reverti.

I don't think the BBC will make a decision on whether Intruders will be renewed until after it airs in the U.K. John Simm (especially) and James Frain are popular actors there so the program might garner respectable numbers.
    Fingers crossed!

  7. That is a good point , they are quite popular over here especially John Simm. Let's hope it does well.

  8. It's so hard to find well-scripted shows like this one. The story is compelling, gives you room to create your own theories and at the same time offers the chance to put the story together while making you gasp with surprise. I need this renewed.
"What goes around stays right here" I prefer the "What goes around comes around" one. It's more creepy haha

  9. Couldn't have summed the show up better myself. The script for the show is very well written, the dialogue we see between our characters is always top notch. Out of all the shows I review this one has been my favorite to write about. I find myself always wanting to watch the next episode straight after. Whilst I do find "what goes around comes around" slightly annoying by now I still prefer it over "What goes around stays right here".
