    Being out of the loop is what saved him of being the target of Samaritan - so it was a good idea both for him as a character as in the storytelling. It gives a wider playing field to the writers that not everybody needs to be undercover and hiding.

    Reese seems a little...um lost? Like the new world order is still a puzzle to him. Okay, this scene has officially dimmed my dread for the season and has me looking forward to the premiere.

    I don't really get how Samaritan won't see Fusco's connection to them? For example, when they were getting Grace in exchange for Harold. But didn't they mention the place had been full of cameras - and Fusco was with them? And didn't Samaritan watch them at that time? Plus, the police station showdown... or does it ignore him because he doesn't know about the Machines?



    It's possible I got it wrong, though.

    Just a theory workaround, but as after the beta test the Samaritan was switched off and cut from the government feed, the data "he" collected during that time was not connected to the later, real operation feeds?


    Not really a good explanation I admit, more likely it was a goof in the story. He shouldn't have been on the bridge, because except that Samaritan could not know about his connection to the team.
