    Originally it was just some unnamed mugger which is the origin I personally prefer for the killer of Wayne's parents. From I think the late 40s it was Joe Chill.
    Course there are the Burton Batman films which it is The Joker.
    Not completely sure if those are all the different versions, I'll have to do some reading haha.
