    god this isn't supposed to be happening to seeley and to temperance either, it surprises me that booth has an ally in prison and that guard definitely has to be part of the conspiracy or maybe he's just a douchebag

    Everytime I see the start of that footage I think...why is Booth in general population and then I remember that his enemies are muckimucks with power who are probably hoping that this kind of thing will get him killed and they won't have to do anything.


    My biggest question is...why the heck didn't that guy go down?!?! Booth hit him HARD and A LOT he should have been dead. (Or maybe that's just cause I like Booth and they were being mean. :-)

    The guard doesn't necessarily have to be part of the bigger conspiracy. He called Booth a cop killer. The guards could consider themselves a extended members of that club and want to persecute him for that.
