In the Season 10 premiere of BONES, Brennan and the Jeffersonian team are desperately working to get Booth out of jail, clear his name and absolve him of crimes he did not commit. The remains of a man who has been dead 16 years could be the point of origin in the entire government conspiracy that ultimately put Booth in jail. Meanwhile, Booth is faced with a challenge from a new and politically ambitious FBI agent (guest star John Boyd). As he awaits trial, Booth also realizes that many of the convicts with whom he is locked up are criminals he put in there, and Daisy and Sweets have a surprise for the rest of the Jeffersonian team in the all-new "The Conspiracy in the Corpse" Season Premiere episode of BONES airing Thursday, Sept. 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. ReplyDeleteSo it is Daisy and Sweets who are having a baby. Saw this coming after I found out about Carla Gallo's pregnancy.

ReplyDeleteYay! Go Daisy and Sweets! I've been pretty vocal about my annoyance with the pregnancy storyline as being cliche, but I've been holding out hope for this kind of surprise (Cam seemed too predictable). Plus, Sweets is the only character with zero family in the world (other than his friends), so this would make me happy.
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking JFD is going to drop offscreen for a while anyway since he's working on Vacation, but at least this gives him a story!

ReplyDeleteI only found out about Carla's pregnancy a few weeks ago and I meant to tell you it was probably Daisy now instead of Cam but I kept forgetting!

ReplyDeleteHow I hope they're not, I'm not a fan of that coupling at all. Wasn't she dating someone else the last time she was on the show? I'd love for her baby to be some random guy's but she's trying to pass it off as Sweets', that would be good tv.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I am happy for Carla in real life - am I shallow for thinking that Brennan & Booth have so much on their plate already (at least for the first episode of season 10) that I do not see how this can fit into the episode much more than one line or two? Well, at least it looks like they are back to Daisy & Sweets... could be worse IMHO... Daisy & Dr. Wells... Daisy & that undefined firefighter... or else.

Dang, I never was a fan of Daisy and Sweets either....oh, boy....
