Bay finding out she and Emmet where prom king and queen was funny maybe funny enough to be in quote of the week

I also like that since last prom/the pilot Bay's grown up to be a better friend, better student, better girlfriend, better daughter (she already was a decent sister) or maybe instead of better I should say more confident.

I hope that while fixing the mess that is Daphne they don't have Bay regress for lack of story line/tension/cheap trill i would rather have her travel europe seeing and doing art, doing something with tutoring and sign language, having an brain aneurysm/being shot by nacho

  2. Bay in that blue dress was excellent. What wasn't excellent was Daphne completely pulling out of her downward spiral in the span of about 12 minutes. Switched at Birth might as well have waved a magic wand to make that storyline disappear.

  3. While I will agree that Daphne's "epiphany" and turning it all around happened so fast this episode I have to say, her acting like a spoiled, selfish brat was getting old. Bay made a great point last episode. they both lost their dad, Regina her husband and long time love...for Daphne to make it all about her was immature to say the least. And Regina made a great point this episode too, Daphne always goes for bad boys. At some point she needs to learn. I don't feel like she ever really pays for the consequences of her actions.

  4. Oh, I agree. Daphne's attitude was very tiresome. I get that Daphne was upset about her father and wasn't acting rationally but even in that context the things she was saying and doing still made very little sense. I don't approve of the slapdash way they ended Daphne's spiral but I sure am glad it's over with. It was a chore to get through that mess.

  6. Well I shoot my mouth off here a lot so we'll probably speak again. Until then, happy viewing!

  7. Finally, the long and way overdue Daphne intervention. It's been bothering me for at least a few episodes waiting for this to happen and it finally did - she had really gone off the rails.

Also loved that they used "Girl Is A Queen" by Splash when they are all walking into the prom and I liked how they turned the outside prom into something way better than inside anyway because let's face it most people end up being miserable by the end of their real proms anyway
