    I love the concept of this show .... but .... 200 years of living isn't nearly long enough for Dr. Henry Morgan to have lived. A 1000 years wasn't nearly enough for the Originals to have lived as vampires so two and a half life times doesn't really give the doctor much wiggle room history wise if he was born in the 1800's. ABC change this ASAP and make him have been around since the 10th century ( think of the flashbacks ) at the very least if not earlier.

    They put this show in their death slot so think they aren't expecting to much from it. Kidding ;-)
    I love the concept as well, like Iaon and will for sure check it out.
    The 200 year thing could be a decoy, like he founds ot he was killed once and isn't that immortal. And so they have more space to focus on this 200 year period.

    He's probably only been a doctor for 200 years, after all all the promo says is "with 200 years of experience", it doesn't say anything about how log he's lived. My guess i before that he did some morally questionable stuff...

    It's not based on any book series, there is a book called Forever, but it's unrelated to the TV show. Hope that helps :)
