How does Sandra leaving signal the end of the show? Anthony Edwards left ER in the 8th season and his character was pretty dang popular and very important to the show but the show went on without him for another 7 seasons.
Obviously Cristina. It's a no-brainer. Without her sass it won't be the same tbh. Hopefully Amelia can fill that void in a way. Right behind for me would be Addison (never got over this character and I STILL WANT MORE even after her happy-ending on PP) and Lexie. (Though, I voted Izzie, because I glanced over Lexie, ha. Tbh I miss Izzie immensely too, her and Alex should've been endgame no matter how complicated the road to it would've been.) And Mark, dear Mark of course...though I'd pick Cristina over him any time. She had more depth after all IMHO.

I had a feeling Cristina would be at the top of the list. Sandra Oh leaving pretty much signals the end of the show.
