Your favorite is coming back to The Good Wife. That's right, Carrie Preston will soon return to the drama. CBS has confirmed the True Blood star will reprise her Emmy-winning role of Elsbeth Tascioni during the upcoming season six.

    Yes! One of my favorite characters on the show and I'm still holding out hope that she will become a series regular in season six. It needs to happen!

    Classifies as best news of the week, TV-wise. Elsbeth is probably the best guest character on TGW, and that's really saying something.

    Glad to hear that. She's such an awesome character (definitely my favorite). I wonder if they'll also bring back Kyle Maclachlan's character in any of her episodes.
