  1. Sounds good! More than season 1, but not enough to have a lot of filler episodes.

  2. Nice one! I think that is quite enough to keep the story interesting and make space in time for The Messenger's to replace it ;-)

  3. I have no idea why Jason Rothenberg was keeping this a secret.

  4. 16 is more than ok! Happy with that.

  5. So Mark would have at least something new to say today. Didn't spilled the beans to much, talking in circles. Repeating himself from the upfronts.

  6. I wonder if its possible, since its 16, if one of the new mid-season shows will take its slot. Assuming the 100 ends in February.

  7. 15 or 16 was my guess, perfect amount I think :)

    Seems just right!

  9. 16 is better than season 1 so I'm happy to hear it. Let's hope they can continue to build on the world they created in season 2.

  10. Sweet, not too many, not to little, just right. On an unrelated note, when does Fox have thier TCA? I assume we'll hear about 24 then?

  11. it's perfect,i was expecting 18.This way,no filler episodes for us!!

  12. I would have preferred 18 but 16 is good too.

  13. Good, seasons with episodes in the 20s typically have about 4-5 filler episodes, so 16 sounds like a great amount, at most we may get one filler but that isn't bad considering....

  14. Nice! That works.

  15. Solid. I can dig it. Lots of changes ahead for season two. I'm crossing my fingers that this show doesn't go off the rails.

I'm really ok with it! Though I'd hope for 17 or 18, 16 is a great number to keep things moving without stretching things out too much.
I'm really looking forward for season 2!
P.S: Why were they so secretive about this? It's seriously not a big deal

  17. Weird number for Cw, but i think it is great & i hope iZombie will get post-Arrow spot. Now i only have to wait for B&tB number. i am hoping for 10 for that one

  18. better than 13, but seriously only 16? this show rocks!!!!!

  19. I take as many as I can get, but I was hoping for 18 at least. With this show I don't mind filler episodes, I really like this show!

  20. Nice. the ideal number, I think. It helps keep the show on course. No fillers and stuff.

  21. i was hoping for more, but hey 16 are more then 13, i take as many as i can get :D

  22. Good anymore and the story would become too bloated and fat. Serialized shows should always have less orders.

  23. Lmfao u can be one of those people can you

    ReplyDelete
  24. Larger episode counts don't spell out filler episodes just like a small episode count means only 1 filler episode... It's up to the writers, directors, and he studio to decide where the story will go...

    ReplyDelete
  25. Yes that's a given that one of the midseason shows will take its slot..the question is which midseason show will take its slot

    ReplyDelete
  26. me too, wonder if its possible they would which I doubt move The Flash to Wednesdays and put iZombie paired with Supernatural, since that would be better fits for those nights paired with those shows.

But CW seems to not like to pair spin-offs with parent shows. I've noticed tv these days doesn't do 2-hour blocks anymore for that, like Buffy/Angel and Xena/Hercules did before.

  27. What? It's true. Some of the most serialized and best shows on TV have smaller episode orders.
