    Really good episode, I've seen a few hospital hostage holdups but this one was definitely the best aside from House M.D.'s one.

    Didn't care that much for the flashbacks, I think they overdid it a little. We've seen quite a lot during the last episodes.
    But other than that I thought this was a really good episode. They better not kill off Topher, he's my favorite character on the show.
