PRIMO ALLON has been cast as Osbourne in the Season 3 Premiere of Arrow.

    Never heard of any Osbourne in DC Comics, so he's probably new/unique to the show.

    Gregory Osbourne(more likely just Greg Osbourne on Arrow) would be a perfect fit in the flashbacks now since they'll be set in Hong Kong.
