Each day we will pick one submitted poll at random to post on the site.
From the list: Walter White, Greg House, Carry Mathison, Tony Soprano, Patty Hewes. Others: Ben Linus & John Locke from Lost, Raylan Givens & Boyd Crowder from Justified, Linden & Holder from The Killing, Rumpletilskin from Once Upon A Time...
Jack Bauer, Emily Thorne, Carrie Matthison and Frank Underwood from the list.. Off the list: Rumplestiltskin from OUAT, Voight from Chicago PD, Jaime Lannister from GOT and Norman Bates if you can count him as an anti-hero!
I think you can pick pretty much anyone who you feel is an anti-hero(ine). It's a very flexible term, and I tried to reflect that in the list, which ranges from drug users and adulterers to attempted rapists and murderers (that rhyme was totally unintentional).
-I wish you had listed Jax and Jemma of Sons of Anarchy on separate lines; I really like Jax and detest Jemma, so that one did not get my vote. -Why are Bill and Eric of True Blood not on the list?
Jaime Lannister of Game of Thrones, John Pope from Falling Skies, Bellamy from The 100, Eric Northman of True Blood, Damon Salvatore of The Vampire Diaries, Sebastian Monroe of Revolution, ....
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Emily Thorne and the vastly underrated Patty Hewes for me.

ReplyDeleteMr White, Don Draper, Jack Bauer and Tony Soprano are my fantastic four of anti-heros.
ReplyDeleteSince the first three were listed, they were obviously voted.

I can't vote Dexter anymore, his characterization in the last two seasons bugged me too much.
ReplyDeleteThat or Anti-villain.
ReplyDeleteI don't think he thinks he's a villan - it's a grey area imho.
ReplyDeleteFrom the list: Dr. Gregory House (House)
ReplyDeleteOther: Benjamin Linus (LOST) and Jaime Lannister (Game of Thrones)
Dexter Morgan the serial killer with the code of honor, What could be more anti hero than that?
ReplyDeleteHe could be an anti-villain, as in a guy who does villainous things with good intentions.
ReplyDeleteVoted for Jax Teller and Other. Bellamy Blake in The 100 should be an option as well :)
ReplyDeleteOh, you're right. I didnt't think of that.
