Very detailed synopsis, as always :-P
At least we know that Eric will be seen for sure in ep 3.

I'm so happy Eric and Pam will be a team again, just like old times.

  3. Episode 6 where Sookie supposedly makes a shocking discovery?
They have started their revisionist B.S. already over on HBO GO so it will probably be the ridiculous claim that Eric lied about the Rattray beating.
Nothing quite spells romance like whitewashing an abusive sociopath as a romantic suitor for Sookie.
And of course they can't do that unless they attempt to bring down the Viking.
Anyone with even a modicum of self respect or respect for women should boycott the travesty that will be season 7 of TB as they shamelessly rewrite the past six seasons to redeem the odious Compton.

  4. Eric and Pam together, AS THEY SHOULD BE! :D

  5. Yes! Pam obviously finds Eric by the end of episode two!
Love episode 5's and 6's title, I guess they're trying to campaign the human-vampire buddy system and episode 6 might be where we meet Gus and the Crabtree family...

Very little info mentioning the returning and new characters! There are only a few characters that I think would be an "unlikely alliance"...Sarah Newlin, her father, or somebody I can't mention, because It's probably to big of a spoiler!

Can't wait for the press releases!

  6. Nothing quite spells romance like whitewashing an abusive sociopath as a romantic suitor for "fill in the blank"..

Um, that is this show for just about all the characters! XD

I'm thinking the shocking discovery may be about a character that many think is dead (not Erik), especially because of the episode title and other spoilers out there.

  7. Sookeh, Sookeh, Pam, Eric and Sookeh... So the rest of cast will be killed in first episode?

  8. I'm just happy to see 'Eric' in those synopsis!

  9. it would really be a downer if the tv series had an ending that didn't satisfy most fans like the book series did, the writers should have learned by now.

  10. The show will end by that moment and it won't matter to the creators and the team whether or not we are satisfied. The shows are made not to please the audiences but to earn money via ads. once the tv show has run its course there is no longer any point for the crew to work their butts off to make us happy, they move on to other jobs. That's why so many tv shows have lame series finales. They call it "wrapping things up" for a reason.

  11. Wow, most of the book fans I know were really pissed off by the way Harris ended the series. I mean, I had some issues, but 80% of the reviews I read ... hoo boy. They felt like they were personally targeted. I didn't even like Eric at all in the books, yet I have to say, he did get a crap end of the stick deal.

  12. They certainly did that with the How I Met Your Mother series finale.

  13. Actually, no. All the other abusive sociopaths got what they deserved and ended up dead or gone (renee, franklin, crystal, amy). Bill's the only one that manages to lie, manipulate, and charm his way out of everything. He even lies about being a vampire god and gets away with it, making perhaps millions off of it. Lilith even told him he wasn't a god and he still makes that claim. He's disgusting.

  14. Tara, Sookie , Lafayette Pam , Eric, Sam, Alcide, Jessica, Jason, Violet all have sociopathic tendencies and/or are masochistic! These people do horrible things to each other ALL THE TIME and they tend to have double standards too! Every single character is beautifully flawed and gets involved in the most disturbing situations ever! :p

Crystal is still "out there" and there's another character that we think is dead, but isn't, that's coming back and I think he or she is proved to be rather bi polar...There's also Sarah Newlin too!

Personally I'm very interested in what they do with Bill this season. The more recant promos seem to indicate that he is trying to somehow make amends. I too have disliked Bill since about s4 onward, but I also think Sookie over reacts and is so so so naive!! I think they could of easily killed Bill off last season, but since they didn't, I'm assuming there's meant to be some kind of justification and redemption for his character--just as a means to bring the story more full circle...and I'm good with that.

HBO Writers do not reread Scripts for Season 1-5 when doing season 6 scripts
Like Nora was to be 600 years old stated by eric in season 5, Warlow in season 5 going be evil vamp for all season 6 nope, even more plot holes

  16. First of all W. is a MAJOR spoiler, so you might want to warn people before specifically discussing that...

I agree that True Blood has minor plot holes, but something like Nora's age Isn't that big of a plot hole, just a mistake.

    W. I think is also not a plot hole, because we don't know for sure if a Fae-vamp can actually be killed that way (he's not just a vampire, but a Fae too and so there could be a catch 22 with the mythology since he is a unique being, allegedly one of a kind, but also a former protege of Liliths), because the viewers and the characters are just taking someone else's word on it. Additionally there is more than one way Warlow could come back or appear. In seasons 3 & 4 we learned quite a bit about ghosts/spirits in both how they can be summoned and take hold of a medium (Marnie, Laffeyette), can all rise and come forth (ie: Marnie-Adele Stackhouse), can be seen in an other planes and/or dreamscapes (ie: S3 Laffeyette and Jesus - saw people of the past and required information about them while on V together, S5 & S6 Bill and Lillith), can just be seen (Ie: S3 Laffeyett- Rene/Drew and Mavis, S3 Eric-Godric,). I also speculate because of the Protestant undertones the series themes seem to lean towards, that Sookie and/or her Fairy blood is the key to healing, Resurrection, and great transformation and that could tie to Warlow somehow too...
