Saum's character is pregnant on the show, too, but in real life Saum was much further along -- with twins -- than her character's single baby. "The wardrobe department is still biting their fingernails off trying to figure out how many different purses they can design to hide me behind," Saum tells Zap2it in an interview just before the May birth of her twin boys.
"I have a scene coming up in Season 2 where I have to use a kayak, a literal kayak behind me. It's very funny," she says.

ReplyDeleteAnd I always figured Stef and Lena would have a baby via IVF eventually, but Sherri's pregnancy moved the timetable up. Perfectly okay with that.
I really hope they don't lose the baby!
ReplyDeleteThe actress herself is actually pregnant in real life but further along. Guess the show could wait until she give birth in real life and than have the character on the show lose the baby, but no way would the writers have her character lose the baby while she is actually pregnant.
ReplyDeleteI doubt that's going to happen - probably just a scare, as the promo teases. This is a drama after all. I am 100% sure Stef and Lena will have this baby.
