SENIOR CIA OFFICER JEANNE VERTIFEUILLE ARRIVES TO REVIEW THE INVESTIGATION OF THE MOLE, RATTLING AMES AND CLASHING WITH SANDY, ON "THE ASSETS"

"What's Done is Done" -- After learning that a breach remains at the CIA, Sandy butts heads with Jeanne Vertefeuille, the senior officer conducting a thorough review of their operations. Jeanne's presence also rattles Ames, who feels increasing pressure from the Soviets to provide more information. On the home front, Ames feels even more pressure, caught between his love for his wife Rosario, and placating her spendthrift lifestyle, on "The Assets," airing SATURDAY, JUNE 28 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Assets" stars Paul Rhys ("The Borgias") as Aldrich Ames, Jodie Whittaker ("Broadchurch") as Sandy Grimes, Harriet Walter ("Babel") as Jeanne Vertefeuile, Stuart Milligan ("Jonathan Creek") as Arthur O'Neill, Julian Ovenden ("Downton Abbey") as Gary Grimes, Christina Cole ("Casino Royale") as Louisa Tilton, and Ralph Brown ("Withnail and I") as Wallace Austin.

"What's Done is Done" was written by Bruce Terris and directed by Rudy Bednar. "The Assets" is based on the book Circle of Treason: A CIA Account of Traitor Aldrich Ames and the Men He Betrayed by Sandy Grimes and Jeanne Vertefeuile. Morgan Hertzan, Rudy Bednar and Drew Chapman executive produce the series. "The Assets" is produced by Lincoln Square Productions.
