Supernatural - Season 9 - Jensen Ackles interview

However, we first have to make it through the season 9 finale, which, when asked to rank the finale on a scale of one to Hell, Ackles said: “It’s not so much the place that he’s in as opposed to the issue that’s surrounding him, and that I think is the shocking part.”

Speaking of shocking, Ackles guaranteed that the finale is one of those don’t-miss-the-final-60-seconds deals. Also, expect one of those Winchester brother-bonding moments that will “probably” make you cry, “considering [Jared's] tears were all over my shoulder,” Ackles said.

  1. I'd be on the fence. I wouldn't be against it (as long as both actors were still on the show), I just don't have enough faith in these writers that they can pull it off well.

  2. Well it's not like it's going to be permanent. Do you realize how many times these people have died and come back?

  3. I wonder if the effects Dean is experiencing due to the MoC can only end if the story of Cain and Abel is played out to its conclusion. The older brother kills the younger one. I honestly believe when push comes to shove, Sam would do anything for Dean regardless of what he has said previously this season. A lot of what Sam said was due to his anger towards Dean for taking away his chance to decide his own destiny. Sam made peace with dying and Dean wouldn't let that happen. Part of me thinks Sam was ready to die because he was just tired of all the pain and the never ending fight that comes with being a hunter. Much like Dean was in Croatoan. To save Dean, I could totally see Sam offering himself as a sacrifice. Dean by that time is to much under control of the mark to stop himself. This last couple of minutes of the finale has me nervous.

What if Dean feels (after they killed Metatron) that he can't control himself and Sam, Dean and Castiel feels like it's best too put Dean down. So they do it (Sam hugging Dean and cries and stuff:P) Gah, you guys know what I mean. And after Sam and Cas leaves Dean just pops open his eyes again...TBC That would totally be a big cliffhanger... I dunno, what do you guys think? The days are so slow! ;'(

  5. Sam will kill Dean and then Dean is resurrected as a demon

  6. I've been thinking the same thing

  7. "THIS IS WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO BECOME"

  8. If Dean is resurrected as a demon, at least Sam knows how to cure a demon thanks to the Men of Letters and their records.

  9. There's a video of an interview yesterday doing the rounds where Ackles is saying that the final scene is an eye opener, then he says remember that I told you that! So I'm definitely leaning towards there being some demon eyes on the horizon

Dean asking to be killed is the only scenario I can think of that it won't make me want to slap Carver. Though I would still hate it.

  12. I do not like any of it Brother killing Brother, Dean turning into a Demon, NO NO NO! it too much now I will be freaking out over the Ep.

  13. To open old wounds....Sam could not be bothered to look for Dean when he was in Purgatory. Yes I would agree with you that Sam would have done anything for Dean before Carver decided to ruin Sam's canon, now I just don't know.

  14. I think it is all going to be a dream, Dean will open his eyes in the last second and he will awaken from a coma that he was in from Season 2 "In my time of dying" and the last 6 years were a dream, John and Bobby will still be alive and that is why Sam will be crying on his shoulder because he woke up. That's my theory.

  15. That theory so cute, but I really do not want this happening. :) I'm with Dean demon :D
