  2. I die everytime they cites George or Izzie. Great farewell to Cristina. I hope Sandra finds time and desire to be in another TV show. Such a gifted actress.

The dance it out scean had me bawling. I refuse to believe that Christina won't be back. Refuse. I just can't. My mind is she spends the next 3 years in SWL and does indeed print a beating heart then is able to fly back to the US and lives in the same state as Mer.. the end.

I liked how the Alex situation was handled, nice way to keep him on the show, although I thought Arizona was getting pregnant and leave the head of Peds to him. The Webber and his daughter, wow, I never saw that coming, I think nobody saw that coming, well done Shonda!!

  14. Every Cristina scene was awesome! The way she was with Alex, the goodbye with Owen, no words, their eyes said it all and of course Cristina and Mer dancing it out was the only way they could of said goodbye. I cried sooo much, I thought I'd be ok but it started when she hugged Derek, from then I was a goner. When she was in the taxi I was like "this cannot be it" but in classic Shonda style it wasn't. I am going to miss Sandra Oh and Cristina Yang a lot.

The other stuff, with Webber realizing he talking his daughter, I did not see that coming at all but the other part of me is like, "really... another half sister for Mer?" Be interesting to see how that plays out.
Alex needs to be back properly, it's where he belongs.
Callie and Arizona, oh my heart sings, I love them so. Pretty certain they've decided they're going to get a surrogate. Drama Drama Drama!

  15. I'd rather Meredith have a half-brother, another half-sister cropping up at the end of a season finale just screams Lexie to me. Not to mention, she's had sister figures explored in her life; Cristina obviously, Lexie, her potential relationship with Amelia and then there's the never mentioned sister Molly. Aside from Alex, she doesn't really have a brother figure, so that would have been interesting to see - especially an older brother.

  16. Cristina and Meredith dance it out

  17. Owen's on-air rant about irresponsible journalism... Needed to be said!

  18. Also, the age thing is a bit dicey here- The half-sister is Weber's daughter, and Ellis and Richard went their separate ways when she was five: that makes her about six years younger than Mer. How is she the Head of Cardio?

  19. Wow, that was a boring and poorly written season, just like the previous season.. Cancel the show so it doesn't taint the seasons that are good(S1-8)...

  20. I am looking forward to next season, however it will hard to watch without Cristina. Cristina was my number one favourite. I think the show will do fine in Season 11 especially if the writers were to go back to Meredith being central to the show. I am not happy about another half sister story for Meredith, however I am looking forward to seeing this story from Webber's point of view. I hope that Alex does end up on the board at the hospital as I do feel as though he has been on the outside of most story arcs for most of the series. I did enjoy Alex's story that saw his father re-enter and then leave his life, however the writers need to do much better with this character. Remember in Season 7-9 when Alex and Meredith were talking about how they could not believe they were the only one's left at SGMW. It now looks as though this is the reality now, unless Alex does not end up on the board and goes off to his private practice and we rarely see him with a story of his own. I am not a Jolex fan, I never have been. However, I think we are stuck with this pairing as Shonda loves the actress who plays Jo. I don't like her, even in the scenes with Callie. I do like the fact that Callie is teaching someone who loves Ortho. I would prefer to see Alex and Amelia get together, given a choice, or even get back together with Izzie, even though I don't like her either. She should have left after the Lvad business. When she began interfering in George and Callie's marriage and then slept with George that was it for me. Too make it worse, she pressured George to leave Callie and completely disrespected their marriage. I am not happy with what has happened to Bailey. Last night I watched a few Season 2 episodes and I just do not recognise her anymore. Bailey used to be a kick ass, take no prisoners surgeon. What the hell happened to her? I enjoyed this season, because a lot of what happened came as a surprise. I did know that Sandra Oh was leaving, but I stayed away from the spoilers this season and I think I enjoyed the season more so for doing that. When Burke appeared during Cristina's talk in Zurich, it came as a complete surprise. When Cristina lost the Harper Avery, I was devastated and I know immediately that Catherine Avery was behind it, which made me dislike her even more than I do know. I am kind of hoping that Derek does go to Washington without Meredith, as it would be interesting to see how they cope with a long distance marriage. I also hope that Amelia sticks around, as I loved her in Private Practice and I would really love to see some of the characters from PP show up from time to time. Charlotte and Amelia were close friends on PP, so it would be great if Char and Coop came to Seattle for a visit and I would also love to see Addison come back for a visit too, maybe she could return permanently. Finally I have to say that I really miss Mark and I really think killing him off was big mistake.
