  1. Well, those set photos didn't show the full hilarity of Steve and Danny at the beginning. That was the best.

Great episode. Whoa at Wo Fat escaping - this isn't going to end well. And aww at Grover joining H50. He was an excellent addition to the cast so I'm really happy about this.

  2. i liked the episode and all the outcomes... but not for the season finale.

  3. The opening was so awesome! Steve + Danny riding in that little car + Frank Sinatra playing = awesomness! I was a bit disappointed by the lack of Wo-Fat. Glad Grover is joining 5-0. I think Nick Jonas did a really good job portraying Ian Wright.

  4. Now we're going to get definitive proof about something important: If those core 4 idiots only hate women who join the team, or if they hate both men and women who join the team.

Funnily enough there is no winning situation here. They're either a bunch of sexist assholes, or or they're a bunch of intolerant assholes. Personally, my bet on the intolerant assholes one, but with a single stipulation.

If Grover takes even one scene of bro-time away from Steve and Danny, those core 4 people are going to flip out and make him their next target. Mark my words. That's all it will take. One. Scene.

it will be strange for Grover to join the team as he usually lead his own.....I don't think it going to be a permanent thing.....

well we know wo fat will be back in Season Premiere of season 5 since he murder Ian Wright.....and he wants to talk to Steve

  7. They made Grover 5.0 because Scott won't be on the show as often so Grover will be Steve's partner for the days that scott is not on the show. Rumour is that scott changed is contract to be less on the show. Now the Scotty is about the become a dad he will probably take a lot of time off.

Guess Grover will likely be a temporary member of 5-0 until Scott return full time as Danny

  9. I want to see what happens with Adam and Kono too. I hope he makes an appearance next season. I love the 2 of them together. After everything she went through to get him back at the beginning of the season, he was barely mentioned when she returned and we never saw him! Drove me crazy! I was afraid they wouldn't even mention that Catherine left in the last episode so I'm happy that they at least acknowledged that. So Scott is only going to be working part time next season? That's the reason Chi was brought in? I do like him and think he is a good addition to the cast, but I hope we still get some great Steve and Danny scenes. Did they ever mention if Chin and Leilani broke up?

  10. Loved the start of it. Didn't like the ending. Wo Fat escaping? Recycled as hell. And Lou becoming 5-0? Not sure how I feel about that. I didn't know that Scott is apparently going to be part time next season, but I feel like they just spat in Cath's face by giving Lou her badge. Why not keep her and let Lou go? I like both characters, but I think the show would do better having 2 women instead of just Kono. Oh, and that storyline with Wo Fat and Doris? The whole thing better get answered within the first 5 episodes of season 5 or else the whole thing will go down the drain simply because they've stalled for too damn long. It has now been 2 full seasons since Doris shot that gun into the floor with Wo Fat in that room. Get it resolved already!! Usually, I vote awesome most of the time. This was an exception. Barely adequate for a finale.

  11. Loved it but it didn't feel like a season finale!

The beginning with the clown car was one of the funniest thing I saw on TV those few weeks, you gotta love those two!
I am really happy that Grover joined 5-0 even if it means where going to see less Danny, I love his character and the actor is awesome. It was great to see a little more of him and his family on this episode.
For the less great : Wo Fat escaping again? REALLY? Are they going to pull that stunt in every season finale? Specially to see two minutes outside, even if he killed Ian (didn't see that coming btw). I was expecting for the final showdown, Steve and Wo Fat talk and Wo Fat dropping a big secret, and BAM credits! Don't get me wrong I love happy season finale but I would have wanted (and was expecting) a tiny bit more...

  12. Happy wo fat is free again and ian is dead.
Grover in 5.0 not very happy but it s better than cath and happy she will not in S5.
but please not wedding i feel that kono has no is own storyline without adam damned she is cop there are a lot things about her to tell without him.
cath is gone hope adam gone too.

  13. Wait, what? Where'd you hear that Scott's about to be a dad? Who's he even with? I didn't know he's in a relationship. LOL.

  14. He and his girlfriend who works in the make-up department on H50 are expecting their first child. James Caan announced it earlier this week at some event. Why would he take more time off for that? His girlfriend is with him in Hawaii and she works for the show, so I don't see that being an issue with them. I didn't know he had even had his contract changed so he would be on the show less. I know he took time off this season because of the movie he was working on. Why is he taking time off next season?

  15. Glad Grover is a member of 5-0 he is a great character and he has great chemistry with everyone. Not sure how I feel about Scott only being part time next year, that is just weird. Hoping we see more of Adam and Kono next season and I hope they get married, it will be nice to see a wedding. I just hope it ends better then Chin and Melia. So didn't see WoFat killing the kid though, that was very unexpected. Hmmm wonder what WoFat is up to. I know Catherine will be back at some point next season, there is no way they will leave her there and to help her, Steve will get into some big trouble. I wonder how Jorge Garcia's character is going to fit into the next year, since he is also a regular. Season 5 is going to great.

  16. Well he is no longer in SWAT so he is no longer really a leader so it'll be interesting how it is going to work out with Five-0 next season.

  17. I doubt it he'll be taking time off at all. The writers will find a way around the birth and all like they did with Al during S3 when Lion was born in October, 2012.

klutzy - the official news at 1:25 in video below I was going to post the news but don't know how to post besides Spoiler TV sorry https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhE5Yekt9R8

Judy - Kacy works in the wardrobe department not makeup :)

I don't think the less filming had anything to do with the Entourage movie because the movie was shot in February for 2 weeks and then at the end of March and some parts of April. Scott had some plays he was working on during the times he wasn't hardly in the episode in LA and some charity projects with surfing as well.

  18. Great episode all the way through didn't expect Wo Fat to turn out to be a hero in the end to save Samantha. Wow Chi really stole the show again hope he'll consider putting a ballot in for the episode for the Emmys but that's my opinion. Was happy that I didn't get spoiler majorly with the last 3 seasons this time but knew in the end Grover will be with Five-0.

But loved the beginning with the buggy through Kalakaua Ave. saw the filming pics and video during the 2-3 day shooting period of filming was one of the best highlights I couldn't wait to see I thought they did a great job filming it all. And I had a feeling Peter and co added that to the fans as a thank you for the season.

They said no cliffhangers but I wonder what Wo Fat has to say for McGarrett as gotten me thinking hope it'll be sorted out in the premiere in September :)

Great season loved every episode hope S5 will match it!

SERIOUSLY!!! Grover joins Five-O are they out of their minds!!!! ........Okay new team member shall we get a poll up for how long Grover will be stay at Five-O because we all know his day's are numbered ........Give me a break Lori and Cath. needed to go and now we have a former SWAT leader joing Five-O.... it's a smack in the faces of all the Catherine fans . The end scene was so awkward. They were desperately trying to make it a big happy family vibe and it was just flat and awkward. Grover as the SWAT team leader fine but not as the new team member of Five-O

I know its H50 but bombing a single cell gets you out a supermax prison Nobody else was there no prison guard ,no fences or barbed wire, he walks out kills a marshall takes his gun book a plane ticket to Hawaii and finds Ian Wright & Samantha Grover before Five-O How did Wo-Fat know any how what was going on in Hawaii!!

I am so over the Doris/Shelburne mess it drags on year after year after year how long will they continue doing this seriously! Doris visit Wo-Fat a few times in prison and no security camara worked or picked it up how convenient and nobody informs McGarrett wow!! quit a systeem they have in the States!

Surprise Cath and Steve talked over the phone again with each other and Steve get's it that Cath is on a personal mission to find the boy really Steve!! ..... we all know that will very likely end with her death.

This was NOT a serie finale for a normal episode it was a okay, but for a finale you expect something more it had only one plus this time NO!!! CLIFFHANGER!!!!!!

  28. How kono will married with adam ? IAN anthony dale is in the other show now.so how they will do it s very stupid and i think catherine will die in mission.with the boy, steve will receive a call phone telling she is dead.

  29. I like Grover but him being Five-0 is even less appealing than Cath joining in and I loved her and her history as naval intelligence - she made sense (though the writers should have left her in the navy just like Grover should've been left in SWAT)
Five-0 should be left with just original four without new members. I loved the other characters in their own field.

  30. I thought it was a good episode but it didn't feel like a finale, I was hoping for more of a cliffhanger. When will we find out about his Mom? I want to know what her connection is to Wo Fat already!

    ReplyDelete
  31. I completely understand what you're talking about and I feel the same. A good finale, in my opinion, is one that 1) introduces new changes and 2) ties up loose ends, basically brings to rest whatever major plot drove the entire season. This finale only did one of those, therefore, making it only on "okay" finale. A season finale should leave you wanting more and feeling satisfied at the same time, in relation to the two criteria I mentioned above.

  32. That did not feel like a season finale to me
