I like the look of Stalker. NCIS NO gets a big NO from me.

  2. YEAH for Stalker and Madam Secretary

  3. Yay for NCIS: New Orleans and Madam Secretary.

Not sure I can emotionally handle yet another Matthew Perry show failing after one season...

Things aren't looking good for a lot of CBS shows.

No How I Met Your Dad, and if it hasn't been picked up yet I doubt it will be after :)

  6. What happened to only 2 new comedies and dramas? And no HIMYD is a shocker.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Pablo Troncoso9 May 2014 at 22:26

Maybe CBS finally realized that chances were that HIMYD chances were most likely to bomb

    ReplyDelete
  8. Hmm. Maggie Q is in Stalker. I guess I know what I'll be watching.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Uh Oh next will come the cancellation news...

    Hehe yep. Are you ready?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yawn, looks like CBS is the only network with no new show i will watch. Should have developed a comic-book show

    ReplyDelete
  15. what about renewal/cancellation of dracula ?

    ReplyDelete
  16. I gues I'm as ready as I ever will be.

    ReplyDelete
  17. None of these appeal to me, especially NCIS NO.

    ReplyDelete
  18. The only one i wouldn't try is The McCartthy's.

  23. Another NCIS, come on be original...won't be happy till there is one in every state. Lol. Save the good storylines for the original 2 you have to keep them great!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  25. That's NBC.

    ReplyDelete
  26. They'll be coming shortly.

no surprise NCIS NO even if rating don't support it...it probably only get 13 episode

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think Madam Secretary sounds a bit like a Veep copy except maybe w/o all the comedy (unless it's supposed to be a comedy). Another NCIS? Stalker sounds good. Glad to have Maggie Q back on my tv & Dean Winters too.

    ReplyDelete
  33. mee too, last movie i saw him in was bruce almighty. Love him and i also would love to see him in a tv show ;)

  35. I wonder if the outpour of negativity that we saw yesterday when it was rumored that HIMYD had been picked up made them a little bit afraid of moving forward with it

    ReplyDelete
  36. Justyna Kubica9 May 2014 at 22:47

Yay NCIS: New Orleans, The Odd Couple (Matthew's back, yay!) and Stalker (Maggie!!).
Also Scorpion sound quite interesting. Other than that, well, I'll wait for the trailers ;)

    ReplyDelete
  37. What about CSI:Cyber?

    ReplyDelete
  38. Peter Allan Ker9 May 2014 at 22:49

I'm excited about NCIS: New Orleans!

    ReplyDelete
  39. CBS: Forever insisting on being the most boring network.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Battle Creek and Stalker looks great.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Wow I don't think I have ever said this before....
All the series actually sound good to me on some level! XD

I'm sure as more info and clips come out a few will fall off my watch list, but for now I might just check out all 7 of these series....

    ReplyDelete
  42. CBS shows sound terrible.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I'll check out Stalker and Battle Creek and I'll give NCIS: Gumbo a few more episodes to grow on me.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I think by stating this in print you're automatically eligible to receive an AARP card. :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. stalker for me. only cause of the cast & kevin w

  46. Pablo Troncoso9 May 2014 at 23:05

Per deadline: " Things are more complicated with 20th Century Fox TV-produced How I Met Your Dad. Just as those false pickup rumors began circulating yesterday, we started to to hear that CBS may not go forward with the high-profile project."

    ReplyDelete
  47. I know...
It felt weird typing it... It felt weirder seeing it in print!

Oddly enough, the last couple of years I quit watching all the CBS dramas I used to watch and was left with just Person of Interest and CSI (original flavor).

The thing about CBS I like is they tend to produce a lot of polished and fully formed shows that do not need a lot of time to develop or evolve. The downside is that those shows get old to me after a couple seasons

    ReplyDelete
  48. Looks like they are downsizing comedy from 8 to 6 hours next season

    ReplyDelete
  49. Aleana Harris9 May 2014 at 23:12

Stalker, Madam Secretary, Scorpion sounds interesting something I'll watch the rest ugh

    ReplyDelete
  50. Yep. That's the thing about CBS dramas. Other networks' shows are often slow to build and hit their stride later. CBS' offerings hit the ground running and then tend to peter out after awhile.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Bradley Adams9 May 2014 at 23:14

Clearly not picked up. I don't think it went down well, from what I remember hearing.

    ReplyDelete
  52. This part is enough for me to give this show a chance:

    "Battle Creek (Drama)*

EPs | Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad), David Shore (House), Mark Johnson (Breaking Bad)

    DIRECTOR | Bryan Singer (House)"

By the way, "Stalker" sounds interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Justin Valdes9 May 2014 at 23:22

Looking forward to Stalker and Battle Creek.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Yep exactly.
I know I won't be watching all 7 of these, but it is just so completely odd for me to find something I like in every offering from any given network!

Usually I can weed out half before I finish reading the creative team and cast! XD

    ReplyDelete
  55. Count yourself lucky. I haven't been nearly as fortunate this pilot season. I don't think there's more than three new shows at any broadcast network that hold any interest for me this year.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Definitely the new NBC show I am most looking forward to.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Honestly I have not been paying much attention this pilot season like the last few.

A lot of these pilots "sound good" to me, but right now my opinions are more generic in nature... "I can see how that would work" or "I like that actor or writer" etc..

Once I get more info I will internalize it and make a more personal decision... and probably end up in same predicament as you ! XD.

Where is How I met your dad?

    ReplyDelete
  59. No word on if its been picked up yet.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Just read the Scorpion one properly. That looks good too.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Peter Allan Ker10 May 2014 at 00:31

Why are you so negative towards NCIS: New Orleans?

    ReplyDelete
  62. I hated the backdoor pilot episode.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Peter Allan Ker10 May 2014 at 00:50

I quite enjoyed it however I like to see how the series progresses through it's first season. I believe there will be some retooling of certain issues that need to be addressed (like casting, plots and sets). Remember NCIS was given a retool after it's backdoor pilot in JAG in which resulted in character changes (Kate Todd played by Sasha Alexander replaced Vivian Blackadder played by Robyn Lively and the addition of Tim McGee played by Sean Murray), a slight redesign of the NCIS HQ set and changed some other elements. NCIS: Los Angeles was given a retool after it's backdoor pilot in NCIS in which resulted in a character change (Hetty Lange played by Linda Hunt replaced Lara Macy played by Louise Lombard) a new NCIS OSP set and changed some other elements. I have faith that the show will be come better in the first season.

WHAT A BOUT INTELLIGENCE PLACES RENEWAL INTELLIGENCE...

    ReplyDelete
  65. I want to watch Stalker and Battle Creek

    ReplyDelete
  66. How did I not know about Scorpion?!????
Hmmm NCIS:NO is almost tempting with SB and PT, but I would much rather see PT more frequently on POI...
Stalker sounds like the best of the bunch though.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I love Morgan Freeman so I'll give a shot to Madam secretary

    ReplyDelete
  68. CBS in 10 years will just be the NCIS Network. Yawn.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I'm pretty lucky this pilot season, all the networks except CBS (who can just go in the corner and be quiet) picked up at least one sci-fi/fantasy project I was interested in. ABC's shows sound worthy of a pilot viewing if nothing else, although I could easily change my mind come next week when we get the trailers. And FOX has a really good lineup as well, and then NBC has Constantine (!) and renewed the shows I was most interested in. I think the 14-15 season is gonna be a lot stronger than 13-14.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I'm definitely watching Stalker. It'll be great to see Maggie Q on screen again :)

    ReplyDelete
  71. BlueStar (aka CP)10 May 2014 at 07:16

Scorpion and Stalker are the only ones I may check out.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Only really interested in Battle Creek for Vince, CBS dramas rarely work for me

    ReplyDelete
  73. Yes I agree, everyone is saying Stalker is looking the best so I think they should put it on the Fall schedule, CBS has too many drama pick ups, I wish there was more space!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Battle Creek has a good cast and I will give it a shot.
Madam Secretary, not one I will watch.
NCIS:NO is a big yes, I loved the pilot.
The Odd Couple, just hoping that Matthew can pull this one off.
    Scorpion sounds interesting
Stalker I will try because Maggie Q & Dylan are in it.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I am up for 5 of them, just glad I have a hopper that will record 6 shows at once, I am going to need it. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  76. The fact that Lucy Liu and Maggie Q are leads on 2 cbs shows makes me happy

    ReplyDelete
  77. stalker sounds good. and battle creek could be alright too.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Christina Sherwood10 May 2014 at 15:48

Not a single one of these sounds interesting to me & I'm on the verge of dropping NCIS & NCIS:LA from my DVR, they are about to join CSI & The Mentalist in my 'Too Blring to Watch' graveyard. I am just done with procedurals, they've been done to death & CBS dramas are just so boring now. I think cable networks are too blame, with shows like Game of Thrones, Banshee, Shameless, I find the main network shows dull & unimaginative.

    ReplyDelete
  79. It depends on what fails10 May 2014 at 16:57

Madam Secretary is the only interesting.

Thanks they passed on HIMYD but are they going with just two comedies? No replacement?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Another NCIS? -,- come on

    ReplyDelete
  81. Hmm Stalker and Scorpion seems interesting. I hope they don't turn out to be flops.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I was a big fan of How To Make It in America and I like Dylan McDermott for being Dylan McDermott so I will try Stalker. Did they really need another NCIS?

    ReplyDelete
  83. I prefer NCIS LA to NCIS. But the New Orleans backdoor was terrible imo.

    ReplyDelete
  84. I enjoyed the characters, just STOP with all the sweetness, it was way overboard.

    ReplyDelete
  85. When do these shows start to run? Or better yet what dates are the 2014 - 2015 series start?

    ReplyDelete
  86. No dates set yet. When they are they will be posted in the Episode Database
