  1. A musical episode would be hilarious. And aww at Ming and Clark shipping Coulson/May.

And yes, Ward totally deserves redemption but he needs to earn it. And get lots and lots of therapy to deal with thirty straight years of abuse.

Bonus: Brett's daughter wearing a really cute outfit:

Aww at Ming-Na and Clark shipping Coulson/May. And I'd pay good money for a musical episode. Good, good money.

  7. Can't wait for it to return but count me in the camp that DOESN'T want a musical episode!

  8. Ward needs to earn the trust of the team back and that will be a long run... Fitz died then? :O i dindt see that one coming i thought he was in a comma or something....

  9. That's just Clark messing with people.

  10. Awwwww so adorable!

  11. I wondered if they'd do to Fitz what they did to Coulson. They brought him back from the dead so I see no reason to make Fitz perfect again.

I'd like one, but as a web clip, or dvd extras, not for a real episode

I love both Coulson and May, but why every male/female relationship on tv must end up in romance is beyond me. I love them as good friends who would lay their lives for one another, why can't that be enough?

  14. Ok:
    - FITZ: I realy hope Fitz is not in TAHITI. If they inject him with alien juice half of the team will be "special", they will have more than overused that storyline. On the other hand, Fitz's amazing brain would probably benefit in amazing ways from the alien powers.
    - WARD: Ward doesn't deserve redemption IMO. He might have been abused for years, but he was long enough distant from Garrett and with people that really cared about him to know better. He killed dozens of people and didn't even flinch, he would have totally killed May if she hadn't beat him on that fight and would have taunted her even more while slowly killing her, he threw Fitz and Simmons to certain death (slow, painful death) only so that he didn't have to actually kill them (fast death) and even as Skye lay dying he didn't reveal that Garrett was the one to do it. I want him to remain bad, also because so many villains redeem themselves... I want a bad guy that remains evil. There is so much more conflict like this.

My friend was there and recorded the audio for her podcast. http://www.geekgirlsoup.com/2014/05/ggs-085-agents-of-shield-comicpalooza.html

  17. I'm thinking or hoping that if they go the mystical alien juice route with Fitz then they make it so he has worse reaction to it then Coulson and it has a big impact. I don't mean making him unable to work because I love smart science Fitz but rather he is more affected by the after affects of it then even Coulson was. Just to show that the magic alien juice isn't so perfect and easy to fix everybody without implications.

  18. They already did that with Warehouse 13 in the final season with Pete and Myka (why??ugh) so I too am going to just take this as the cast joking around about untrue speculation at the comicpalooza. Because seriously just no Coulson getting together with any of the current female members of his team. Can't they just be team mates and friends.

  19. I'm really tired of musical episode being a thing that so many shows now feel the need to do at least once. Agreed no musical episode! This isn't Glee its a sci fi show I didn't care for the Buffy musical episode or any other sci fi show musical episodes. I'm going to assume or rather delude myself into thinking the musical episode reference is a mere joke and only that.

  20. Stan Lee is the man \o

  21. This is just a bunch of nothing.

  22. I don't really believe that Fitz is in ''T.A.H.I.T.I.''. Or if he is, it's a different T.A.H.I.T.I. than Coulson, since there's no more alien juice to put in him. Garrett used the last one! However, T.A.H.I.T.I. here might just refer on reworking his brain, repair the damage that the lack of oxygen did on it.

On Ward, I don't believe he deserves redemption. I do wonder, thought, seems like the fans are very 50-50 on that topic. But he tried to kill Fitz-Simmons, maybe even causing brain damage to one of them. And he said to Skye he'd ''just take what he wants'', which many seems to have forgot about, but I found it very disturbing... So, no, no redemption for him in my opinion, but I guess having such a grey character, that some feels he deserves redemption and others don't, is very telling of the high quality of the show and its characters! :)

The rest is a fun read, but doesn't tell us much what to expect for season 2! :) It will be interesting to see, thought, that's for sure! :)

  23. Marvel might enjoy giving fans what they want, but Joss Whedon sure as hell doesn't. At the very least he'll give people what they want and then cruelly rip it away later. I'm still recovering from Tara after all these years!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Well Joss isn't actually the showrunner, yes he helped in creating the show, but it's Maurissa Tancharoen and Jed Whedon who are running it.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Jed worked with his brother on Dr Horrible. They killed Penny. :P

    ReplyDelete
  26. Jed wasn't the showrunner of Dr. Horrible though Joss was that's why. Joss isn't running AoS. He does have say in it though, but he does not make the final decisions about what happens in the show.

  27. Musical = 0 credibility. No cred means early cancellation. [Sanctuary] Marvel makes it work not by just doing the "sensational", and taking credit for it. But by doing what needs to done to make it right. Not just trying to make some people happy. i.e. the producers. It's hard but rewarding work for the team and the fans involved. DC hasn't learned that yet.

  28. I haven't forgotten about what happened to poor Wash in the Serenity movie :( Why Joss Whedon why!

    ReplyDelete
  29. That's what I think too! Since they don't have access to that facility anymore, they may use a different kind of solution. He will be ok, just will have stronger reaction to it than Coulson.
