Ooh, yes! I don't think she'll cause problems for Snow and Charming - I mean, Whale is delivering their baby for fuck's sake (LOL) - but should be fun! Can't wait.

Glad she'll be back. With her memories she's an ally. I wonder if they remember/will show her love as well (Fredrick!)? I assume they got together when they got their memories, right?

ReplyDeleteWell I would imagine she would appear if Zelena manages time travel. Logically speaking Snow and David would never end up together because Snow wouldn't exist and/or if she did, she would never be a bandit without Regina. So all those romantic moments in season 1 would never occur. David would have married Abigail.

I think Mulan will stay a "rarity" (if that makes sense). The actress is currently a main character on NBC's "Believe" so I doubt we'll see her anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteKinda figured Princess Abigail will be back, esp. with the time travel curse changing things, and possibly people's existences. I liked Princess Abigail, once it turned out she was a decent person. Hopefully, this curse doesn't change that.
ReplyDeleteAll of that is exactly what I thought, when the time travel curse was hinted at a while back. I still wonder if that's the route the show will go though. Since so much of the main cast not existing, would make for a boring show, esp. with some of the fan favorites among those threatened to have never been born.
ReplyDeleteWell logically Snow could exist if Zelena manages to only stop Cora from giving her up. Eva would get pregnant and have Snow. The only two who would have a better shot at not existing would be Emma and Henry. It also depends what kind of time travel the show goes with. If it is the "Back to the Future" theory then technically the time line was ruined in the past to get an alternate timeline, meaning Emma and Henry would exist in the original timeline and they deal with dimensions. OR Emma and Henry are wiped from existence and they spend S4 fixing it.
ReplyDeleteOR as a 3rd option, Emma would exist but no Henry since Emma would be raised in FTL if everything followed the history of Regina except Zelena was in her place. Technically Snow would have been saved by Zelena and it would have gone towards Snow later being a bandit or something.
I'm excited to see how they handle it.
I watched few days ago 5 videos of OUAT at WonderCon and Kitsis already reveld Kathrin return.

ReplyDeleteIf Regina and Snow don't exist for Rumple to manipulate then it's unlikely Rumple would have made the deal so that James ended up with George. And he definitely wouldn't have made the deal with Regina so that she closed the trading road between her kingdom and George's, thus a marriage between Midas's daughter and George's son would never be necessary.
The potential for screwingupness regarding time travel is endless. In a show like OUAT, where they don't much care about consistency regarding previous storylines, it is a given. Let's hope Abigail is not part of the problem (because there WILL be a problem, plot-wise).

ReplyDeletethere was a time when Kathryn, Regina and Snow were the most interesting female chracters on the show (season 1). Seriously, Kathryn had a great potential, there was something very real about her, deeply human (if that makes sense). And the actress was really good.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I think OUAT went downhill, when they decided to ignore those "real" characters like Archie, Granny or Kathryn...now we have BIG names: Peter Pan, The Wicked Witch, Robin Hood, Hook. Classic stuff, but quite often very empty...
