    wow ... so they can't win awards because the Averys are on the board of the hospital ... then why nominate Christina in the first place? And I totaly undestand why the doctors would want to leave.

    they committee nominated her, not the foundation, then when she was suppose to be the winner they said 'nup- can't happen- looks corrupt' as catherine described in the hospital. A few of us pointed out on another post earlier this week, that it would be a conflict of interest for anyone in the hospital to be granted the award. I know that winning the award means more funding for the dr's future research, but how wrapped up she is in the award makes me sick

    They nominated Christina for the PR of the hospital which entail gives themselves PR since they own the hospital.

    why does her being wrapped up in this award make you sick. this is who she has always been. Even back in S6 she was trying to get Teddy excited abt the Harper Avery award and she mentioned it many times before that in previous seasons (especially S4). She has dedicated her life to this and then the award just slipped through her fingers b/c of the hospital she works at. And then she's probably embarrassed b/c of all the bragging she did before the ceremony. I think she was ready to move on but everyone else keeps bringing it up. They just need to give her sometime. At this point I wouldn't even want the award knowing that they used my name for PR and would compromise the integrity of the award by picking someone who wasn't the best.

    I called it weeks ago that Cristina wouldn't win because the foundation is the owner of the hospital. I understand that there can be a conflict of interest.
    What i didn't see coming is the spiral of consequences, which is making the whole story kind of stupid. Without awards, no world class surgeons and so no money and so no hospital! They bought the hospital to save it, what kind of foundation would kill its own investment!

    Anyways, even if I called it, I would rather have Cristina lose for an other reason. Like, didn't she say to Meredith that she didn't know how she did it when they were arguing? They could have said that her research was really promising but not advanced enough.

    Saw DR.OBODO ad in Spirit and Destiny, was nervous at when I phoned he, he answered and we spoke, I explained that my boyfriend had just left me, he hadn't wanted me to have our baby and he was sick and tired of me drinking and to be honest out of control. He left and I was upset. DR.OBODO started the work, nothing happened for about 1weeks, I was constantly on the phone to DR.OBODO crying and , he said to keep calm and just wait for the work to kick in, he was right, but he did go to his ex's for a week, DR.OBODO did a banishing spell and when he got back home he came to see me and we are now back together, he also realises he does love our baby now and I have stopped drinking and will do all it takes to keep him now.
