Following the link shown on the video to http://open-cell.org/, you can find a bunch of images that potentially tease Live Another Day. One of these images is President Heller's (William Devane) schedule for his trip to London. The first episode begins at 12pm, so it is likely that it will start while he is at the European Union Economic Briefing during the first episode.

  2. That "viral" video is a bit cheesy, they're trying too hard to connect with social media users (as if the show needed that to raise awareness about its return), and 24 doesn't suit itself to stuff like this the way some other shows do.

I much prefer the full-length trailer, that's old-fashioned marketing and it's quite effective.

  3. Really? 24 doesn't suit itself to connecting with fans? You must have not been around for the fan phone way back when or the 24um on the Fox website. 24 is one of the first shows to be more of an interactive experience with viewers. Clearly, their strategy of using 'old fashioned' marketing like the cinematic trailer, plus stuff like #chloehack is working because 24: LAD is all anyone is talking about for upcoming television right now, so it seems like they know a thing or two you don't.

  4. I just think twitter stuff isn't fun marketing, and the fact that people are talking about 24 coming back has nothing to do with that Twitter hashtag imo. I'm a 24 fan since 2005, I was around when the crew and some cast members participated in the fan phone, now that was pretty cool. I'm all for intelligent marketing, like the fan phone, or the strategy they used during the Superbowl (those 4 small teasers leading up to a full 45-second teaser), that was very well done, same the recent movie trailer. I thought that the video above was a cheap marketing ploy. I'll be equally upset is FOX feels like showing 3-4 hashtags during the episodes - I've seen some shows where some words uttered by one character were marked at the bottom right corner of the screen as a hashtag for a few minutes, I think that's beyond stupid.
