    I'd just like to say I find it VERY considerate and also very smart for them to let Josh Charles explain his reasons for leaving, as well as for the creators and actors to express how they are dealing with the decision from a creative standpoint. Even if the fans, like myself, don't like it, they'll understand and feel like this was not just a meaningless decision they made based on the fact an actor wanted to leave the show. They have a plan, they are taking the characters places.

    I have always been a fan of Josh,he is the reason I started watching TGW. I'm incredibly sad to see Will die but I wish nothing but the best for Josh. As for the show, I agree TGW is not just ab Will/Alicia I think they have solid writers but they need to cast someone as charismatic as Josh to fill his shoes. The new guy, Finn who is suppose to be the new Will does nothing for me and I don t like Michael J Fox. No matter how good the writing is I need to like the characters as well and at this moment I can t say I have faith in the new additions. Just wait and see I guess.
