  1. Slightly drunk Mellie is always so much fun to watch. And the show needs to do a better job at covering up Kerry's pregnancy.

  2. its not like we don't all know... and what more can they do.... its easy when a woman isn't showing or hardly showing but when we get to the last stages its nearly impossible... what more can they do besides getting creative with the video editing.... but its not bothering me at all...

  4. There was a shot of Olivia walking by where Kerry's pregnancy was obtrusive. Maybe I'm just nitpicking since it was only for a split of a second should have just edited it out.

  5. They could do a whole episode with drunk Mellie and her giant hair for all I care. So entertaining!

  6. This woman practically got on her hands and knees and begged Olivia to come back to the campaign and to her husband and yet she screams and hollers at Olivia when she’s giving her professional advice. Hopefully, Olivia doesn’t take it, because even though this is t.v., Mellie would get slapped into the next room. Mellie can’t handle her children or her husband. She definitely couldn’t handle being POTUS. Olivia and Sally are much stronger and savvy politically then Mellie. Scheming, ranting and raving doesn’t make her look smart politically just weak.

  7. If Olivia doesn't like it, she can quit. No matter how she took the job, she's not running the campaign as a favor. It's a job and she is paid well for it. I agree that they should work together but if Mellie wants to cancel an interview because she doesn't think it's a good idea with her kids, Olivia shouldn't just order her to do it. These are Mellie's kids. They don't have to like each other but they BOTH need to work together.

  8. Olivia is the campaign manager not Mellie. If I had to choose whose advice to take, it would be Olivia’s not Mellie. All of her schemes have always backfired. If Mellie doesn’t want to be first lady anymore, then fine. She can be replaced, which in reality she already has been replaced. Also, you’re right Liv can quit, she has her own business and clients, she’s very independent, but she has invested time in this campaign, just like with that Josie woman. A professional just doesn’t up and quit, unless she’s terminated. Since Fitz is madly in love with her, he won’t every attempt to do that. Olivia is there for Fitz and we all know that, he can’t win without her and Mellie who begged and pleaded for Olivia to come back knows that. Also, it’s time to end this marriage, both spouses have moved on, there marriage is the least interesting storyline on Scandal.
