  1. Loved this episode!

'Bring it Greenie' 'I will, see you sis!' ha loved that!

  2. I loved it! LOL at the Zelena twist (hoped they wouldn't go there) and hee at Regina and Neal sharing a half-sister. So Rumpel's gone a little crazy.

And stay away from Snow and the baby, Zelena! Don't hurt them.

Love that Robin Hood is in Storybrooke and whoa at the flying monkey in the hospital.

    Great episode!

  3. It was nice to see a non-CGI Red!

  4. everyone is everyone's relative :D

  5. I think this is so far my favorite S3 episode. It was filled with "Whaaaaaaat?"s "OMGGGG"s and "Hell yeah!"s

First of all, the Wicked Witch being Regina's sister?!
I have hard time believe that Cora had another child before having Regina, and it makes me wonder why the flying monkey got Regina's blood then. Anyway, it's a nice twist. Does this make Regina the other witch from Oz?
Oh, and Henry's family tree needs to be updated.

Second, Emma with the flying monkey "jokes": LOL.
And Daddy Charming's face when Hook and Emma were talking about her almost marrying one of those: Priceless.

Oh, and Whale made his way back in to my heart with with his "I’m a doctor not a vet."

  6. Lana's acting propelled this from being really bad.

Pretty much everything Zelena said to Regina during their showdown was something said by either Emma or Regina in previous seasons. She's basically an amalgamation of the two characters and it's getting a little boring having everyone being related and having the relative be a carbon copy of the original.

  7. Love it Zelena being Regina sister I can see that but she didn't say Rumple was her father which make me think the theory that's going around is she also Snow White sister Snow father had a fling with Cora but I can't see Snow father abandoned his child which make think Cora didn't tell him also theory saying Cora and Snow mother are sisters that make Snow and Regina first cousins because the writers has said two main characters are going to be related making other two main characters have to be related

  8. Another awesome episode!

I saw the reveal that Zelena and Regina would be sisters from a mile away but I still loved the reveal!

Yay at Regina and Emma finally working together! I loved that.

I knew Rumple wasn't dead! It's great to finally see him again.

Loved the Wicked Witch and Evil Queen showdown. That was intense.

The scene where Henry and Regina were talking for the first time and he didn't remember who she is was heartbreaking. I felt bad for Regina.

God, this show has been on fire since it came back! Can't wait for next week!

  9. "The ONLY man our paths both crossed" ...

    ReplyDelete
  10. For a moment, I was afraid she would say Daniel... :/

    ReplyDelete
  11. Well I think that Zelena wants Regina to believe that she is her sister... She actually opened the door with Regina's blood the flying monkey took from her last episode...

    ReplyDelete
  12. Yeah, I saw that theory that Leopold is Zelena's father and I love it! Hope that's the truth.

    ReplyDelete
  13. That's what I think as well...

    ReplyDelete
  14. Not the least bit surprised that Rumple is back.

I was kind of surprised that Snow White wasn't automatically suspicious of someone she had never met before. Someone "new" would be a likely candidate for creating the curse.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Pretty good episode, loved the on screen chemestry of Lana Parrilla and Rebecca Madler, so the fact that they are related in the show just mean we'll have many more interactions between the two and that's awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  16. All I can say is WOW!

I lied. I have more to say.

First, RED!!!! I smiled during both her scenes. I like MO on Intelligence, but I've missed seeing Red and I would have loved seeing the (presumably) godmother-to-be fretting over things like cradle cap with Snow. I'll take my 2 scenes for now, though lol.

Maybe I was easily impressed because of my low expectations, but impressed I was.

I enjoyed Regina's interactions with Robin and his son. Zelena seems to be little more than a jealous brat, but I'm glad she gave Regina a reason to go on without Henry. As for Regina/Henry...I feel bad for Regina there, but I'm glad Emma isn't begrudging her the opportunity to get to know him again.

When they found John and he started seizing, I was fretting that Neil might have been attacked and was lying out in the woods somewhere...then he turned into a flying monkey and I started fervently hoping Neal escaped the curse. For a moment there, I thought he was the one in Zelena's cellar, but no...t'was Rumple...who seems a little cray cray atm. Still a sight for sore eyes, though.

    A couple of side notes...
-I can't blame Regina for being baffled by Zelena getting through her blood magic spells in either FTL or SB. The only thing I would have thought in her shoes was that mommy dearest had somehow risen from the grave.
-I don't think Zelena is the only new face in Storybrooke, which is why Snow wasn't suspicious of her. Remember: Cora protected part of the EF from the curse the first time. Presumably, Aurora, Philip, and Mulan are around somewhere, too this time.
-I wonder if Rumple ended up in Oz or if Zelena found him in the forest, and if the cage is enchanted or if his powers are gone.

  17. Me too! The thought was puke-worthy.

  18. fantastic ep with great reveals and good to see a lot of our old friends again..... nice touch making the WW Regina's sister and fellow student of Rumpy... really great stuff including seeing Red in all her legginess, and kudos to the writers for not making Regina an adversary and using a feint to flush out the real culprit and not waiting on having our heroes wait to figure out that the WW is the culprit.... Lana really shone tonight in a big way

    ReplyDelete
  19. Pretty awesome. i say if all episodes are as well written as this one, we're in for a real treat

    ReplyDelete
  20. I think this is my favorite episode yet! Loved it, and loved the new plot.
I'm so glad we're finished with the boring Peter Pan plot... That one dragged out!
But Regina having an evil sister, that's just awesome!! "Someone to destroy" :-)

That is if Rumble is Zeleena's father.

  22. totallyaddicted0517 March 2014 at 02:43

Yeah, it was great to see Meghan back.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Definitely believing the "Leopold is Zelena's father" theory now, tbh.

    ReplyDelete
  24. If this turns out to be true, I will be VERY happy. Like REALLY happy. But how would she have left the mayor's office in Storybrooke?

    ReplyDelete
  25. And absolutely no one is surprised with the never-ending line of relatives in the show.

Is Rumple Zelena's father? I'm betting on him being her father and she not knowing it (obviously). But since we are deep in relative-land, what if Regina is actually Rumple's baby, and Zelena is Henry's. And Cora switched them so she would raise the kid from the man she actually loved, leaving her other child helpless in Oz? THAT would be nuts.

    ReplyDelete
  26. OUAT knocked it out of the park again this week. This second half of the season is going to be one hell of a ride. Regina was absolutely standout in this episode. Lana's acting was sublime.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I loved how Cora was busy in other realms.Another Half sibling for Regina.

    ReplyDelete
  28. i couldnt ask for more it was perfect, Regina and Little Hood, Regina and Hood Father and Regina and the Wicked Witch, Regina and Henry, Regina and Emma everything was PERFECT! and Rumple a little off his head thatw as even better we gonna see the dark one at a whle cause he is not going to rember Belle or anyone.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I was thinking the opposite - Rumple kinda has green/gold skin and I thought that Zelena inherited it from him.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Some quick notes
    - Loved the dialogue between Robin and Regina - they play well off of each other
    - Great to see Red again and it was awesome to see the return of cinnamon hot chocolate
    - Lana sure can act
    - I am scared of what Rumple is going to do next.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Loved it ... once more, Lana's acting was freaking perfect, she displayed so many emotions ... and these two scenes with Henry? Heartbreaking :)
And as a SwanQueeners, I loved it (the potion, the stakeout, etc ...).

    ReplyDelete
  32. But when she took Reigna's blood she was already inside the castle right? Since the flying monkey dropped it into this beaker, I'm sure I remeber seeing that.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Паолина17 March 2014 at 07:49

    Amazing episode

    ReplyDelete
  34. That's what I was about to say. When the flying monkey gave her Regina's blood, she was already inside ...

    ReplyDelete
  35. Unbelievable episode, one surprise after the other, and all of them good. And just to say Zelena acts just like Regina in the first season.

    ReplyDelete
  36. She's supposedly wicked, so maybe she is lying, but she's still blood related, I guess we'll find out more in the Young Cora Centric episode. But I just have to say Lana is great as Regina as always, but today's episode was especially good.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Is it me or is everyone turning into flying monkeys to join the Wicked Witches army of flying monkeys? Not completely sure, but the Wicked Witches army on Oz The Great and Powerful was really large, so maybe that's why it's happening.

    ReplyDelete
  38. It is getting to the point where the chances of incest are getting pretty high!

    ReplyDelete
  39. But she was inside the castle, not the vault... The castle didn't have the protective spell before so the Wicked Witch could have just walked in

    ReplyDelete
  40. Regina's blood spell was only on the vault, not the whole Castle, and since the protective spell was casted by the Wicked Witch and not Regina, she didn't have to enter through the passages

    ReplyDelete
  41. But there are couple of new people in town, Merry Men included... And she doesn't remember the past year, so she "knows" about Zelena as much as she knows about Robin and his men...

And Snow is Snow, she doesn't go thinking bad about other people :P

    ReplyDelete
  42. I don't think so, when Rumple and Cora made their deal Cora said she would give him his first child, and when Regina was both Cora said something like "But she's not your first child," and we know that Zelena is older than Regina because she said so, so...

Altho, I can expect anything coming from Cora... The woman has no heart - literally.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I gave it 3 flying monkeys & a wicked witch out of 5
It was an interesting episode. I'll let it play out for awhile before I judge, but opening feeling, this was just "ok".
There was a couple cool or OMG moments like the flying monkey in the hospital, or when Regina 1st sees Henry, but overall, nothing that grabbed me like the 1st curse & made me eager to see where this was heading....yet.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Great episode.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Loved the episode, better than 3x12! It's great that Red is back, maybe she'll stick around this time... It's awesome that Rumple is back sooner than we thought...

Wonder where Blue, Tink, Ariel, Eric, Wendy, John and Michael are... in another part of the Enchanted Forest or hiding out in Regina's mausoleum in Storybrooke?

I've got this feeling that Zelena will probably be related to Neal, or Snow (as half siblings on the other side...)

    ReplyDelete
  46. RUMPLE! YES! YES! YES! Knew he was alive! Was saying to my Dad just the other day that WW probably has him as captive AND that his reappearance would be at the end of an episode, who knew I'd be right on both counts LOL! Secondly, Lana and Rebecca play so well of each other it was almost like watching the old Regina and Rumple from the days of S1.

    Lines of the night:

    Regina: ''Bring it, greenie''
Grumpy: ''One you drop a house on. The other you throw a bucket of water at''
    Henry: ''Cinnamon! How'd you know?''
Ruby: ''You have a cinnamony face''
Rumple: ''You eat off madness it feeds on you, you eat off madness and it feeds on you!'' - Followed by Rumple's evil laugh.

Am I alone in thinking that the writers FINALLY have their mojo back after the sophomore slump?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Arrgghhh! I'm loving the direction they're going! For the first time, I love the villain, the sassy green villain. I love her remark about how she fit Regina's dress better, the jealousy she had on Regina and everything, the actress knew how to sound like someone who has sisterly jealousy.

I also think that Robin Hood and Regina have killer chemistry! I love their exchanges and banters and heat-to-hearts. I can't wait for them to be together.

When Emma was like, "No, Regina, I think you did this curse and I'll never let you near my son." together with Leroy and the townspeople, I was like, "Damn! You guys went through this! Regina going evil back because you distrust her is ancient writing!" Then, we were surprised by Emma actually plotting with Regina!!!!!!!! I was pleasantly surprised and apologized at the screen multiple times.

I agree with what you guys said, the writers have got their mojo back and they are coming hard!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Hook when Emma expressed her disbelief, "Says someone who's a daughter to Prince Charming and Snow White." He was saying it like he's an outsider while he was actually the freaking Hook.

    ReplyDelete
  49. What is Greenie is shagging Rumple???? :O

That would be her father wouldn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  50. "my wishlist would be a Red-centric episode"

I wrote that first, and I pray for this since first information about return of Meghan Ory.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I swear I didn't plagiarized you! :)

    We could be best friends!

I am absolutely floored by this show's triumphant return to form. The Zelena reveal wasn't exactly a shocker, but it worked well anyway. Plus, there were enough other surprises to still make this episode very exciting. Even Rumple's return was startling, mainly because of the way in which he came back. Jared Gilmore continues to give an improved performance, the FX are better...I couldn't be more pleased.

    ReplyDelete
  53. OMG. I didn't meant that. We just thinking in the same way: "my wishlist would be a Red-centric episode".

  54. EvilZygonRabbit17 March 2014 at 13:36

The dialogue has been incredible lately. After a lot of cheesy lines in the earlier part of this season, I've been very impressed with the quality of the writing lately. It's like the cast and crew are giving it everything they've got.

    ReplyDelete
  55. EvilZygonRabbit17 March 2014 at 13:37

Yeah, friendly midwife Zelena is freaking me out; mainly because she DOES seem so sweet. I don't blame Snow for liking her. She'll have the whole town wrapped around her little finger before long.

    ReplyDelete
  56. EvilZygonRabbit17 March 2014 at 13:43

It seems likely to me based on what we know so far. However...that would mean Regina married her half-sister's father. And that Cora deliberately engineered the marriage of her daughter and her former lover.

My brain hurts. Plus, yuck. Cora was one twisted lady. We're going to need some kind of three-dimensional flowchart to map the Charming family tree now.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I have to agree, but i have been let down so many times by the writers that i am waiting for the shoe to drop,it always does. But, In the meantime i am enjoying this tremendously!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Wow wow wow! Crazy episode! Loved the Regina/Emma team up! I was terrified they were making her the bad guy again! Thank God it was a ruse! Love Rebecca Mader, she is perfect for this role. I'm glad she's getting a chance to make a name for herself. Yay for Ruby! And Henry's become so much cooler in Season 3B. Poor Hook! I think the way he deals with the Neal situation is quite admirable. Emma's looking so cute in all her fancy shirts. I really think OUAT has hit it's stride! They seriously know what they're doing. Blended memory Emma is the epitome of awesomeness. There's a great complexity in the character that I really appreciate. As for the flying monkeys...Hook took the words right out of my mouth: "Bloody Hell!"

I just really really hope Rumple isn't Zelena's father....That's just weird.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Some thoughts:

    - Yes, yes, yes, Ruby's screentime might not even amount to a whole minute but it was glorious and it was great to have her back.
    - There was some great humor in this episode.
    - I'm pretty sure Lana could have chemistry with a wall. She was outstanding in this episode and when I first heard about Robin/Regina I wasn't the biggest supporter (mainly because it meant Robin becomes yet another character who lost a loved one) but Sean and Lana play really well off each other.
    - Something that made me laugh because it was so profoundly stupid was Regina about to put herself under the sleeping curse while she was sitting. I kept imagining someone finding her in a weird position because she fell off the bench.
    - Is it just me or did Jared got taller, like a lot taller?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Another Red-centric episode would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Still it seems like they should have started their suspect list with all the new people there and sort gone through it. Obviously Robinhood and his men all knew each other - but it's very possible that nobody in Storybrooke knows who Zelena is or has any background with her at all.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I thought she wanted her blood to open her mother's vault, not her castle..

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yes, I think it is very likely Zelena is Rumple's daughter. Which would make her Henry's aunt. Twice. Oh dear.

    ReplyDelete
  64. You've got a point there!

    ReplyDelete
  65. I loved this episode! Until now, I've been too busy to stop by here to say how much I've enjoyed this half of the season so far.

    - Loved seeing Red again, and actually having a conversation with Snow.
    - Loved all the Regina sadness and sleeping potion stuff. It was so heartbreaking, I felt so sad for her.
    - Regina and Robin had good scenes, and decent enough chemistry. Looking forward to more of these two.
    - Loved Regina and Zelena's interaction.
    - Loved how wicked Zelena is! I like that I feel a sense of looming danger with her, as the Wicked Witch, and as Storybrooke Zelena.
    - I even liked the eye-rolling moments of the show: Grumpy's shouts about news to everyone, Emma's supposed superpower (hilariously inaccurate, but may be becoming an old tired joke), Mary Margaret's expression as Storybrooke Zelena was sweet-talking her (it was amost like MM was saying, "whatever you're selling, I'm buying it!"...hilarious!), David & townspeople befuddled "What was that?", after Little John turned into a flying monkey (I was screaming at the tv "What IS it!?!...Um...IT'S A FLYING MONKEY!!!").
    - Also, there were some pretty great lines in this episode.
    - And, I'm actually okay with the special effects. They look convincing to me.

I am so looking forward to the next episode! This Oz arc is going great so far!
