    I thought that too but its Emma look again Glindas actresses casting itself was announced this year this episode was filmed late last year Glinda will appear in the last episodes of the season so shes maybe 4 -5 episodes away from making her first appearence the producers confirmed it theres a full interview on collider.com . Its Charming hallucinating about him and Emma dancing.

    Yeah, I thought the same (Glinda's actress being cast too late for this ep)
    I like the idea of Charming hallucinating :D And I love their Daddy/Daughter scenes, so that would make me extremely happy.
