    Looks like Enzo is done for. I can't believe the Travelers are going to lock Damon in a house with Enzo like Silas did to Tessa. Is it me, or is Wes kind of hot when he gets badass? I sort of hope they keep him around, but maybe with a different experiment. Someone is going to have to cure Damon of his problem eventually. Maybe Wes has an antidote that makes it easier to control whatever vampire he causes to feed off of other vampires. An endless killing rampage would cause problems. No one really knew what the endgame was. Wes said it was about science, and people just guessed that he wanted to destroy the entire vampire race. I think one of the EPs said that he looks at the world through a different lens, sort of like Elena. Maybe we'll see exactly what the EP meant. Or maybe Wes will get killed at the same time as or not long after Enzo. Sloan might only want revenge on Damon for some reason.

    I am upset that since the switch Bonnie hasn't brought up the fact that Katherine didn't go thru her. She even saw her for a moment and then she ran off. She should suspect that something is up!

    Jesse was newbie who couldn't control his urge to feed yet, Damon 1.5 centuries old, he has a bit more control....also Ian is the show, if Damon dies the ratings would plumet

    There has to be some long-range plan, beyond the injection, that we're not aware of. Elena escaped before she could find out. If Damon just keeps killing vampires indiscriminately, word will spread among supernaturals and people will come running to take sides in a fight that Augustine probably won't win. If Wes was knowledgeable enough to know who Katherine was, he must know the ramifications of what he's doing if he takes it too far.

    I don't get how the whole dying works? Did that guy Damon bit die? And if he did why?
    What's the big deal if Damon drains Enzo. So enzo will end up dessicated, big deal. I feel like they are hyping up the whole thing too much.
    Now if Damon was a hybrid, that would be another thing.
    Lol at Wes surronded by minions, being all taunting and villainous. I gotta hand it to the guy he has big balls, to play with death the way he does. And now i am going to rewatch the scene with Damon injecting him with rabies, ebola and flesh eating bacteria, because that scene is hilarious)))

    The writers have gotto clear that up. I agree with you. At least we know Elena is not dead because she would have seen Bonnie and told her Katherine dead. Elena is like in a prison spiritual cell of some sort. THE writers need to explain the freaking travelers. What are they witches? Vampires? Immortal beings of some sort. They are annoying. I didn't realize they can compel people now. They cast a spell now on a house? I hope the writers provide more back round information on these creatures.

    The guy bitten by Damon lost his head. I sure that's why he died. I'm guessing that Damon doesn't have enough control to just drink Enzo's blood. He would probably kill him in the process.

    Travelers have popped up here and there in previous episodes. A producer said that the show is about to focus more on traveler mythology, so questions will be answered. What I've gathered from previous storylines is that travelers predate witches, but they are a type of witch that can change bodies to keep from dying. Unlike traditional witches who draw power from spirits, travelers probably get their power from somewhere within themselves. Damon and Enzo weren't compelled. The travelers collectively used a spell to incapacitate two very powerful vampires. The spell locking Damon and Enzo in a house together is too familiar. I don't think the travelers are Wes' minions. I think they're using him as much as he's using them. I wouldn't be annoyed by them. I have a feeling there's a story behind their sudden presence. Travelers are supposed to be so impoverished that they live like homeless people, so my biggest question is, how is one of them suddenly able to fund Augustine? It could have something to do with Markos, the upcoming Big Bad, or there could be someone else taking care of them.

    We saw Bonnie all happy and in love in last night's episode. She saw Katherine, but that might have been enough for her because she's too preoccupied with her love life to think about anything else. The worst part is that I'm pretty sure she's statutorily raping Elena's brother. Last I checked, Jeremy was still in high school. He only visits Bonnie at Whitmore. Hypothetically speaking, if Elena somehow did find another body, and she's been made aware of what's going on with her friends and family, she would have to be very angry. She should be mad at all of them anyway for not noticing in time that something was wrong to begin with. It didn't used to be so easy for Katherine to impersonate her, and Stefan knows as much as Matt does about what travelers can do. It isn't only Bonnie who screwed Elena, however unintentionally.

    I'm sorry but I think you don't actually understand what statutory rape is.
    It requires that one person is under the age of consent (which is different in every state but in the US it's between 16 and 18). The law was created to protect people that are legally incapable of giving above mentioned consent regarding (much) older adults that try to take advantage of them.
    That is quite obviously not the case here. Or is it in your opinion statutory rape every time people of different ages fall in love with each other?!

    Maybe "statutorily" was a poor choice of words. Let's try this again: Elena gave up her life once to protect the people she cared about. Now Katherine has taken her life away from her. I would be very, very angry with everyone who is too self-involved to even notice that something is wrong. There is nothing wrong with falling in love, but a relationship is extremely unhealthy if it gets put before everything else, especially if someone feels the need to hide the nature of the relationship from her friends. Jeremy doesn't understand Bonnie's hesitation to be affectionate in front of everyone because he IS too young. There is clearly a difference between them as far as emotional development. That relationship isn't supposed to last for very much longer anyway.

    Katherine already said that Travellers are a sort of Witches. And they can't compel people. Nadia is not a Traveller! She comes from a Traveller bloodline but since you can't be a witch AND a Vampire she lost her Traveller-Powers when she turned into a Vampire. That's also why she needed Mia to do the spell.

    I don't think even the writers put that much thought into this relationship as you have - it's still just TV ;) It's not supposed to be realistic especially in a supernatural show. I think you're way overthinking this ;)
    And it's not a form of rape (not statutorily or anything else) just because someone is not as mature as the other person. Noone is ever on the same level of maturity as the other person and we grow and learn from these experiences. I think i understand what you mean regarding the relationship being unhealthy (I don't agree but understand), but rape is something completely different as it requires either violence and/or that one person does not want to engage in sexual activity. That has nothing to do with the B/J situation here.
