    Why would Marcel want them back? He's wanted Klaus gone for a long time, I bet he just wishes the witches had snatched up Elijah as well so The Originals would be gone and he could go back to the way things were.


    What does Elijah want Hayley for? She knows nothing and there's nothing she could contribute to this situation.

    We are about to get shirtless Elijah *throws a party*
    He is so devilish, undressing like that and completely innocently calling Hayley into the room. like he doesn't understand she will be checking him out. I always suspected Elijah was hooking up with the same females as klaus on purpose, it's like a good hearted competition between these two. And the fact that Elijah pretends to be innocent just makes me want to smack and kiss him at the same time. sorry Klaus i don't get why your wifey is drooling whenever she sees me, all i did was show off my abbs and get really close up in her face, twice. lol. As long as their brotherly bond doesn't get damaged by these games it's okay. They just have to remember always and forever, and bros before hoes.

    I think Marcel wants to find Rebekah more than he wants to find Klaus, but of course he won't be able to save one and not the other without incurring suspicion. Marcel is in enough trouble already, and Elijah doesn't even know it yet. I can't believe Marcel is acting like he has a problem with Elijah giving him orders.


    Shirtless Elijah is all fun and games until he calls Hayley into the room. Yeah, he's definitely pulling out all the stops to get her to cooperate. He wouldn't get genuinely seductive in front of Marcel. Klaus would somehow find out, and Elijah has been worried about Klaus' reaction to things like that. Elijah knows that Hayley hates Klaus, and he's supposed to turn to her as well as Marcel for help finding his siblings. Maybe he's thinking that the werewolves saw or know something. Julie Plec did say that Elijah would be more driven than ever to save his family. He's used manipulation before, just not to that particular extent. I understand now why people are saying that this episode is going to be crazy. I just had another thought: What if Elijah getting undressed in front of Hayley is just a hallucination or nightmare that Klaus is having because of the dagger? He's supposed to suffer in ways that are worse than death. He might end up seeing more than just flashbacks in his head.

    Why should Marcel listen to Elijah? Marcel isn't a slave. I love how fans hate, because he doesn't bow down and kiss the feet of the Originals. Klaus, Rebekah, and Elijah are hardly loyal or trustworthy, especially to each other. They would stab anyone in the back to get what they want, and yet fans hate Marcel for doing the exact same thing. How has Klaus earned his loyalty? Because he pulled him from slavery? That was a right Marcel should have had... His freedom isn't a privilege. He deserved it. So no, he doesn't have to offer genuine loyalty to that group.

    I would really like to get a backstory on WHY Elijah and Marcel don't like each other. I'm hoping that'll come up soon. And omg!! My Haylijah heart!! Hayley is so lucky. I wanna see a shirtless Elijah. Wow now that i think of it. We've NEVER gotten a scene with Elijah's shirt off. Hmmm, saving all that for The Originals....i like, i like. lol

    I don't understand why they don't like each other either, seems like he'd be just as "fatherly" towards him as Klaus is since he was around while Marcel was a kid like Rebekah.
    Maybe Marcel and Klaus got into some really shady stuff while Rebekah was daggered and that caused a rift between Elijah and Marcel? Elijah probably tried to "use" Marcel on more then one occasion to try and tame Klaus and Marcel started to catch on and didn't appreciate it. I'd imagine choosing to be a vamp over being with Rebekah and un-daggering her in the first place would have enraged Elijah. That's all I can think of why they don't get along, lol.

    I don't get why he should be taking orders from Elijah either, or why Elijah should be barking petty orders at him. If Elijah or Klaus had tried to order around Damon and Stefan the way they order around Elijah they would never have put up with it. I used to like Elijah in the Vampire Diaries, but I'm starting to find him as overbearing as Klaus. There just seem to be a lot of modern-day parallels to slavery when it comes to how the Originals treat Marcel as well as a lot of the witches, or even how Klaus treated Tyler. But Julie Plec knows what her viewers like, so I don't see that theme ending any time now. I don't get why Marcel's character isn't more popular..

    Idt Elijah was around when Klaus took him in. Idk where Elijah was. But he wasn't with Klaus and Rebekah. Lol well you have more of a guess than i do. I got nothing. LOL I'm just waiting for an answer at this point. instead off theorizing my ass off. Heavy sigh...just 3 more days.

    I bet. there is some crazy witch stuff on his body, I think in one close up of the extended promotion there is somthing, hardly visible. He wants her to draw whatever is on his body on a piece of paper. And she does freeze beaucse of that and not because of him being shirtless. They have just cut the preview this way to tease the lovers and the haters. Whatever the reasons, I am all for it.
