"Oscar Party" - Debbie finally joins a popular social media outlet and starts friending her old friends from Bayonne. Because she and Marty have lost touch, the Weavers decide to throw an Oscar party and invite everyone to reconnect. When the Bird-Kersees hear about the festivities, they decide to make themselves indispensable to the Weavers by turning the house into the most lavish, over-the-top Oscar party, on "The Neighbors," FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28 (8:31-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Neighbors" stars Jami Gertz as Debbie Weaver, Lenny Venito as Marty Weaver, Simon Templeman as Larry Bird, Toks Olagundoye as Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Clara Mamet as Amber Weaver, Tim Jo as Reggie Jackson, Ian Patrick as Dick Butkus, Max Charles as Max Weaver and Isabella Cramp as Abby Weaver.

Guest starring are Carrot Top as himself, Erik Estrada as himself, Wayne Federman as Kevin, Mary Birdsong as Justine, Karen Maruyama as Rebecca, Andy Kindler as Henry, Henry Watkins as Randy, John F. Schaffer as Francis, Liam Carroll as Kyle and Ross Mackenzie as Coach.

"Oscar Party" was written by Michael Feldman and Debbie Jhoon and directed by Bryan Gordon.
