LABYRINTH Airdates and Season Finale Dates

About LABYRINTH:
In Carcassonne, France, in the year 1209, 17-year-old Alaïs (Jessica Brown-Findlay, “Downton Abbey,” “Misfits”), is given a mysterious book by her father; a book which he claims contains the secret of the true Grail. Although Alaïs cannot understand the book’s strange words and labyrinth symbols, her father instructs her to protect the book no matter what happens to him. Alaïs realizes that her destiny lies in keeping the secret of the labyrinth safe. Eight centuries later, at an archeological dig in the French Pyrenees, a young volunteer named Alice Tanner (Vanessa Kirby, “The Hour,” “Great Expectations”) discovers two skeletons in a forgotten cave. Puzzled by the labyrinth symbol carved into the rock, she realizes she’s disturbed something that was meant to remain hidden. Somehow, a link to a horrific past – Alice’s own past – has been revealed.

In addition to Brown-Findlay and Kirby, LABYRINTH features a multi-national cast which includes two-time Oscar® nominee, three-time BAFTA Award winner and Golden Globe® winner John Hurt (“Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy,” “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”), Sebastian Stan (“Captain America: The First Avenger,” “Gossip Girl”), Tom Felton (the “Harry Potter” films, “Rise of the Planet of the Apes”), Oscar®, BAFTA and Golden Globes® nominee Janet Suzman (“Nicholas and Alexandra,” “Midsomer Murders”), multi-award winner Claudia Gerini (“The Passion of the Christ,” “Under the Tuscan Sun”), Katie McGrath (“Merlin,” “Red Mist”), Emun Elliott (“Game of Thrones,” “Black Death”) and Tony Curran (“The Pillars of the Earth,” “The Adventures of Tintin”).

  1. Guess they have to cut a lot of content from Labyrinth considering the nudity

  2. Interesting. Can't wait for May sweeps #.# But I'm really surprised they are dragging The 100 till June. Thought they would splash with double eps after Arrow ends.

  3. Labyrinth actually sounds pretty interesting.

  4. Why have I not heard about Labyrinth yet? It's got some heavy hitters in that cast...and the producer's credits include some serious notoriety as well... This sounds like it could be good.

  5. Labyrinth is not an original show, they acquired it. It already aired internationally.

  6. People automatically consider double episodes as burn-off.

  7. Oh wow, already? But May 20th for SPN seems good. As does the 15th for Reign.

  8. Okay I get that. I'm sure people wouldn't mind to watch the100 in the Arrow breaks. Interesting they are so klingy about VD and Reign, Reign is 2 eps behind VD will be some through tests for Reign when it airs on nights without VD. I'm glad Reign is already renewed but I would've wait for it to stand alone to see how it really does with the ratings.

  10. It was shown last year in the UK and erm was really disappointing IMO despite the great cast.

  11. If I recall it was a co-production between Germany and South Africa actually. but it was mostly filmed in France and South Africa.

  12. That was my opinion too.
It felt low budget at times and low brow at others, despite what I felt was strong source material in the book.

  13. Yeah and some of the characters were just irritating, I gave up halfway through.

  14. Exactly.
They were caricatures compared to their more fleshed out and dynamic counterparts in the books.

  15. So finale week is 12th-16th May, as I suspected. Nice. Can't wait til Arrow's finale.
