It probably relates to the nanites and if Aaron will come to destroy them or not, as they are the things that 1. could be used through devices to make new technology between the blackout and season two (a way to "catch" energy)...2. they now can manifest the 'dreams' of ourselves by producing life and listening/reacting to the prophets' wills...like the byrum, I bet the nanites can be as deadly...
