    i just laugh at the people who thought this episode was awful....are you kidding me? we looked at the inside of the mind of burton, though it was just glimpses and there was plenty of action!


    anyway, AMAZING episode!

    It was an ok episode. I liked the Burton/Proctor/Jason/Rebecca bit. I am shocked about the diamonds. I like that Brock is digging into Hoods past. I am indifferent to Gordon's plight but Rus is playing it well and I get its place in the story. I am curious to see what happens with Deva moving forward assuming she now knows everything. I have zero interest in Siobhan. It's not just because I like the Lucas and Carrie story but right from the get I have had zero interest in that character so having her involved in a storyline I am interested in just annoys me but I will get over it.
    It was an ok episode. I look forward to the next.

    Patrick, I don't know what you're looking for, but this was an amazing episode, bar none. The murder of Jason Hood was the most frightening thing we've seen from Burton yet

    Holy motherfucker. Figuring that Hood served 15 years for stealing glass, not Diamonds... I mean... THAT'S SOME FINEASS PLOT TWIST RIGHT.

    nah, the bad guy in the episode wasnt even close to generic. generic would be like the villains you see in movies these days, you know, the corrupt cop or corrupt FBI/CIA agent, and so on so forth..

    So generic he had complicated layers to his character that saw through a lot of Hood's lies straight from the get go and then enjoyed playing about and teasing him through intellectual conversation for half an episode rather than just brawling to get his way, yeah right 9_9

    Epic wasn't it. I love how they can manage to convey a characters inner most thoughts/emotions in such a short space of time in this show sometimes. Burton is just insanity in a suit!

    to each their own. gordon's "plight" is actually more realistic to how people react to, I dunno, their wife turning out to be involved with criminals and such. I know if it was me, I'd flip out, I wouldn't even be sad.


    and personally, it's probably best that lucas doesnt hook up with ANYONE, as they can become targets of rabbit's.


    anyway i am looking forward to next week's episode too.

    Amazing!! Proctor and Rebecca´s relationship is so twisted and creepy - so enjoyable to watch. The murder of Jason Hood was freaky. I loved how they put the clips together with Rebecca sitting in the car screaming and Proctor asking if she was ok. And Burton is one scary guy....I want to know more...
    I am happy to see Brock looking into Hood.

    It´s also great to see Hood wanting to do better, but he never has a chance. I like to watch him struggle with that.

    Awesome episode, can´t wait till next week.

    What layers? He was a bag man for somebody else and we all knew he wasn't gonna make it through the episode. The only dramatic value he has is if someone finds his head.

    I never said I didn't like the ending, I even said it got better towards the end. But I do believe Jason's death was incredible waste of a character for a cheap shock.

    how is that an issue? he knew hood wasnt hood based on how he fought and i am sure he did his own background into the real lucas hood and his son, considering that his son stole something from a criminal organization AND typically speaking, criminal organizations have the means for that kind of stuff.

    It was an amazing episode all around. Jason's murder by Kai wasn't just a cheap shock. I'm surprised he died so soon, but I think this is going to set Lucas on a path of revenge against Proctor. Can't wait til next week

    Jasons murder was awesome. That´s what makes Banshee great. It was Proctor that got him killed for a much more scary reason than if the english fellow had murdered him for money.
    I don´t know what you are looking for in a show, and we all have the right to a different oppinion, but I have to say that this show is just the best for action and I have no idea how you can find it awful.

    i think his definition of a generic "baddie" is probably someone that you would see in hollywood movies of nowadays.
    the thing is that quentin was no generic baddie. he was one of those kind of guys who knew how to fight well and he saw through hood's disguise as a sheriff just like that. a generic baddie would have NOT known that lucas was really someone else. hell they probably would have tried to bribe him with cash or something.


    anyway generic baddies are usually crime bosses who let others do the dirty work or they are either corrupt cops or corrupt federal agents on someones payroll etc.


    quentin was FAR from that.

    seriously, he knew that hood wasnt the real father of jason hood and he even mentioned it in their conversation on the bench near the police station.

    No, because, I'll use last week as an example, the sniper in the field distinguished herself through her weapon of choice and the scene where they fought. While I was watching this week's fight scene, I knew how he was gonna be the cause of his death and it felt like a poorly put together Indian Jones fight.

    But that's ignoring all the in depth conversations he had with Lucas throughout the episode, which most baddies don't do with their 'prey'. It seems to me that you are just slapping the word generic around on something that you personally just didn't like, or didn't get. Just saying something, while ignoring all the facts at hand, doesn't make it so.
