  7. Unfortunatelly it seems he'll be there at least till ep 18:
    "Prepare
to meet the son of a country superstar! In episode 18 we'll meet Colt, a
spoiled rich and brooding 16-year-old. The handsome teen prefers
Twitter and technology over conversations and connections. To make
matters worse, it looks like Colt is ready to abandon his country roots
to focus solely on hip-hop music, something that his parents are not too
proud of. " It's from "Watch with Kristin" Feb 10. and in "WWK" Feb 5. she said that "Maddie is getting a new friend…and potential love interest! Though
we're not sure how her mother will react when she finds out her daughter
is bonding with Colt, her boyfriend Luke's son who also happens to be
    musically inclined."
