ReplyDeleteYou know you are producing a shit show when another network knows how much your fans hate the quality of writing. This may (doubtful tho) cause the writers to get their fingers out of their asses and give us the PLL from season one, which everyone loved.. however I think it may be too little, too late.
The Originals is AWESOME, but let's be honest. The CW would probably kill to have PLL on their schedule, lol.

ReplyDeleteMy friend sent me the link, and I couldn't help but laugh at it! It is just supposed to be funny and yes, I'd actually change the channel to watch the Originals over PLL.
ReplyDeleteI like PLL just like a lot of people but it's been lacking that...something from the first season and early second season. The Originals has got a lot more to offer.
I agree, while PLL is god awful.. I have to hand it to them.. they keep me tuned in.. I have no idea what it is about the show.. probably the continued possibility of answers (that never come). PLL has very little to offer in terms of writing and quality but they do have an incredible talent of keeping viewers tuned in.
ReplyDeleteThe comments on that page, oh dear people take things waaay to serious. Sadly I couldn't stick with PLL. I tried really hard, but after so many episodes you just want an answer allready who the hell A is. Keep guessing and such forever and ever just not my thing. So when it's finally known probs will look it up or read it in comments here, but thats as far as I will come back to it.

ReplyDeleteAll is allowed in love and Tv wars. CW knows PLL is their biggest rival in that time slot. Some honest rivalry is always allowed but I think the Originals have a solid audience and won't leave the show so fast.
ReplyDeleteThis is funny.. but its also a little pathetic. The CW has 2 good shows on the network and they know PLL kicks its ass every week. It beats their highest rated show every week and it also beats the show it airs against on Tuesdays The Originals. Now I watch both shows and I like them both pretty eaqually.. but it just goes to show you they are hurting over at CW. Which shouldnt be a suprise to anyone the CW has sucked for a long time.. and now they are playing dirty because they have nothing left. Other channels dont do that. But it is funny. Lol

ReplyDeleteWhile as amusing as it is, these just seems like a marketing scheme. It brings attention to both shows, and since they're not on at the same time they don't compete.

ReplyDeletep.s I personally find the Ad 'war' funny but a tad risky, is it worth stirring up the wrath of the millions of Liars? PLL is the king of the social network after all.

ReplyDeleteI also watched a solid two seasons and into the next. I really got tired of the same thing every week. The writers outline is the same, they just change some scenes.
