Below are the 11 drama that got nominated the most in the Nomination Round.

ReplyDeleteThis one is much harder. Sleepy Hollow is my favorite drama rigth now but off the list I went with Arrow.
ReplyDeleteArrow, back when we had the best new and returning shows of 2013 thing I said Arrow was my favorite returning and overall favorite show of 2013, so it was a pretty easy choice.

ReplyDeleteThis was a really hard decision. There are several shows on this list that are routinely fantastic , but my absolute favorites are Person of Interest and Arrow. I have to watch them live whenever possible, and they have yet to have a weak episode. I'll routinely pick Person of Interest as my favorite, but for this poll I went for Arrow because it is the hit show that no one was expecting it to be.

ReplyDeleteThis is so hard to choose for me today! I love Arrow, The Mentalist, Castle, even Revenge and Scandal this season. But I voted for OUAT because of the mid-season finale that almost killed me. Am I the only one? :-)
ReplyDeleteI voted for The Good Wife, which is excellent this season... the best it's ever been. It was tough to skip over Supernatural, but I expect to see it in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy category later on. I'll catch it then!

ReplyDeleteI think Castle deserves to win... I'm tired of this show being forgotten in every category because it's not totally a drama or a comedy. This show has everything, including great actors!

ReplyDeleteIt's got it all.. drama, action, mystery, romance, excellent dialogues, brilliant star cast, a great story line even though over dramatic at times.
I love most of the shows on this list like Castle, Person of Interest, Grey's Anatomy, OUAT, Revenge and even The Blacklist, but Scandal is the easiest win for me in the 'drama' category.
Supernatural. The best.

ReplyDeleteI went for Castle in the end but there were several other shows I could have chosen from. I went with Castle though as its the one I've watched most religiously and no matter what, I find time to watch above all others even if time is scarce. The comedy was an easy choice, but this is far from it.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I am actually able to vote here. I am pretty happy with this list though! I don't remember exactly which shows I nominated but these are all amazing choices and among my favorites. I would only like to add Revolution up there but that's only due to the Season 2 portion, I don't think the second half of Season 1 was all that deserving compared to what else is out there. I watch and love all this shows except for The Mentalist. Technically I also don't watch Supernatural but I got so hooked on its first seasons during this Christmas break and I kind of don't dislike that it's up there either. Surprised that Sleepy Hollow didn't make it though, I thought it was more popular on this site than The Blacklist as far as new shows go!

ReplyDeleteWow, I had a hard time with this poll. I ended up picking Supernatural because if I still watch it after 9 seasons I must like it. The Blacklist was a close second and OUAT and Arrow placed third.

ReplyDeleteSorry Jini, but this time i have to disagree. Even tho the mid season finale was fabulous, it didn't warrant Best Network Drama,at least for me. I like a lot of OUaT moments,they even have a few good episodes but nothing like S1.But that's just my opinion. :P

ReplyDeleteSupernatural was my favorite show for 7 years. I am keeping the avatar though because it's what I've used in all of my social media for 3 years now so that's how everyone knows it is me. I don't think people would believe it was me if I changed it this late. :-)
ReplyDeleteFor all of Sleepy Hollow's love online, I am not sure how popular it is here. I don't recall seeing it in the most popular shows list, although I don't check that every week.
ReplyDeleteHa! Supernatural can become very addictive, especially in the early years.
ReplyDeleteJeremy Carver came in as showrunner in season 8 and completely ruined it for me. I plan to watch season 9 in marathon over the summer to see if I will even continue to watch it. Such a shame because it was so awesome for so long. I do plan on checking out the spin-off though.

ReplyDeleteThat is kind of disappoint to hear coming from such a devoted fan. I am still in the honeymoon phase though, so all I have is love for the show so far (I finished watching Season 2 this weekend)

ReplyDeleteJust one person's opinion. Many people obviously still love it. Season 2 and season 3 before the writers' strike are the best of SPN for me. I am glad that you tried the show and that you are loving it. There is a lot to love about Supernatural.

ReplyDeleteAfter season 5 its all down hill, first 3 season are the most entertaining but season 4 is probably the best written. 5 is meh but it at least brings the whole Kripke era together in the end.

ReplyDeleteThe Good Wife. There is an increasing amount of good to great network dramas here and there, but The Good Wife takes the cake for me by far.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. I actually stopped watching after S5 (didn't even like that one). One episode I watched in S6 and everything I've heard about the show since reaffirm to me that I made the right decision.
ReplyDeleteWOW. I am admit to be very curious. The biggest surprise for me has been the absence of Beauty and the Beast from this list, but I kind of thought that Castle had this one sealed.

Apparently I like a lot of dramas this season! :-) And I didn't even mention POI that you have chosen & the Blacklist. I love both but I'm late on the last episodes so... definitively OUAT for the winter finale and for the cast! Sorry to disappoint you though. Next time I will try to be agreed! ;-)

ReplyDeleteHaving to choose between Revenge and Arrow is painful, man. Both are having an amazing season. But I feel Revenge is both more consistent and more underrated, so it got my vote.
Apart from Arrow, PoI also gets an honorable mention.

ReplyDeleteI agree. I was torn between Scandal, The Blacklist, Castle, OUaT, The Good Wife and POI. I actually still don't remember if I ended up voting for The Blacklist or Scandal... I love all of them, but as much as I love Castle, TGW, OUaT and POI, I am really really really obsessed by Scandal and The Blacklist nowadays...
