Thirteen years to the day that young Abbie and Jenny Mills had their first encounter with the demon Moloch, Henry Parrish wakes from a fearful dream and delivers Ichabod and Abbie a dire warning: Moloch plans to unleash the second of the Four Horsemen – the Horseman of War – tonight. When Ichabod and Abbie learn that only a witch has the power to prevent War’s ascension, they decide their only option is to try and free Katrina from her prison in Purgatory... a task that will require them to walk willingly into Moloch’s stronghold. Meanwhile, Captain Irving knows that pending DNA tests will link his daughter, Macey, to the killings at the safe house. Unwilling to reveal the supernatural forces at play – that Macey’s body was possessed by a demon intent on bringing forth the apocalypse – he instead confesses to the killings himself. Irving is relieved of command and taken into custody, but not before discovering another valuable clue in Sheriff Corbin’s archive. And Jenny makes a startling discovery when she solves one of Moloch’s riddles, but it may be too late to prevent his plans from reaching fruition.

  10. I will say this as much as i hate FOX for the winter hiatus the wait to see the final 3 episodes is so worth it :)

If the second horsemen is successfully at being resurrected in the finale does this mean season 2 will contain the final two horsemen as well?

  11. Let's hope Fox doesn't make it a full season. i like the 13 episode order tho

  12. I thought Sleepy Hollow was crawling with witches. They need to socialize a bit more.

  13. We already met one of the other two, Conquest (also called Pestilence by some), in the plague episode. Looked like a samurai in full armor. ;-)

  14. Are you sure lol bc the press release states Moloch plans to unleash the second horsemen.

  15. Yep, I'm sure. The episode was called "John Doe." He appeared, but wasn't actually "unleashed," because Crane and Mills stopped the plague.

  16. um, did I miss an episode or did they include a spoiler for a not yet aired ep? Just curious. Sounds like a good ep but I'm a little concerned that they're separating Irving from the core of the story too much.

  17. They released synopses for both episodes 12 ("The Indispensable Man") and 13 today, as they will be aired together as one 2-hour finale. The synopsis for 12 is on this site, too. The synopsis for episode 11 (titled "Vessel") was released a few days ago.

  18. Agreed 22 is too much. For this show. Even though this is my favorite new show of the fall I think shorter orders will be best.

  19. The finale synopsis seems exciting but, to be honest, I'm just glad to see that Jenny is still around. She's great.
