Later on (normally between 4pm-5pm GMT) we post the official early overnight Total Viewers and 18-49 Demo numbers in the table above.

Nice to see the CBS dramas be pretty steady, although I wonder if they'll take a big demo hit.
ReplyDeletethe mentalist and the good wife seem to be up from last week!
ReplyDeleteRevenge? What does it mean??
ReplyDeleteBet the Golden Globes are happy they booked Amy and Tina to host next year! Whilst I find award show tedious they are good hosts.
ReplyDeleteWhy Revenge is not a loser this week ?
ReplyDeleteBecause the HH ratings increased from the 8pm show.
ReplyDeleteTina and Amy are a good Team the people who cast the hosts must be happy cause they do a great job with them....
ReplyDeleteTGW and TM ratings will be hard to predict. They were up against the Golden Globes but the CBS primetime recieved a huge NFL lead-in (and their aired on time, not almost 1 hour delayed).
ReplyDeleteWhat does 6.6/11 on the article?
ReplyDeleteOh ABC, you are ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteTGW beats TM in viewrs but skews a bit older, I hope it beats it on the demo, TM needs to go.

Great for Revenge, a 1.6 against Downton Abbey, Golden Globes etc wow :)
ReplyDeleteCBS drama went good against GG
ReplyDeleteGood ratings for TM and TGW relative to themselves, although I bet CBS would like to capitalize on that whopper of a lead-in more.
ReplyDeleteAlthough Mentalist +0.2 pt for the 18-49, 1.8% and this is not the final results will be higher.
ReplyDeleteGreat for REVENGE. Honestly, I expected 1.4 but to get 1.6 in this horrible lead-in and strong competition, that's quiet good.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the episode was amazing. Loved it so much. It's finally back to the awesomeness of Season 1. Go Revenge!
TM go up again!
ReplyDeleteThe Good Wife's highest rating in a year.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the weaker lead-in as opposed to last week (this time it was only a BTS show of The Bachelor, hence getting much lower numbers) and being up against the Globes, Revenge did quite decently, I have to say. Sure, it's not a great number but the show is hanging in there, considering it's dropped to 1.3 and once even 1.2 before. I also think this adds credence to the idea that Revenge isn't lead-in dependent, which is going to be critical when it has a most likely DoA Resurrection leading into it.
ReplyDeleteThey also had an excellent lead in. CBS went into 7:30 PM with a 11.4 rating from NFL. Then followed 60 minutes with a 4.2 , Good Wife scoring a 1.8 and The Mentalist scoring a 1.7. I know this seems a great rating for the dramas but for me is just an inflated by product of the NFL game. I think the real situation for both the Good Wife and Mentalist will be clear in the spring.
ReplyDeleteTGW and the mentalist are inflated and should fall around 0.4 in the ratings when the finals come out tomorrow, still good though.
ReplyDeleteNot surprised for the Golden Globes, Tina and Amy were the hosts.... And they were awesome.
ReplyDeleteThe Mentalist did really good considering the Golden Globes were on :)
ReplyDeleteI think this was Revenge's strongest performance of the season baring the season premiere. I am so proud of it.
ReplyDeleteAnd with a 0.9 lead-in ;)
ReplyDeleteOw The Mentalist! I know the episode wasn’t good but that great lead in should have moved more! It is going to be adjusted .1-.2 down hopefully not too much. Good Wife did not fare that much better but it is up more. I wonder how much demo is going to get hit.
ReplyDeleteWhen is the latest shows are renewed? March? April?
really want TM to go down stop watching!
ReplyDeleteThe episode totally deserved it, too. At this point, I think Season 3 is almost surpassing Season 1 as the best yet. What an endless thrill ride.
ReplyDeleteSadly I haven't watched it yet. My week has been crazy so far work wise. Hopefully I find the time tonight.
