  1. That was awesome! Whoa at Kira. I ship her and Scott so hard. Please don't turn out to be evil.

I LOL'd at the twins walking in on Danny kissing that guy, Finstock, and Chris walking in on Allison and Isaac.

Whoa, Isaac! I hope he'll be okay. And damn at the end.

    Can't wait for next week!

  2. Awesome what is Kira lol about Allison and Issac and her dad saying another werewolve

  3. I'm just not feeling Allison and Isaac. Whenever they have a moment I just want the scene to change to something more exciting. It feels way too much like an obvious placeholder.

  4. Great episode... Wow I couldn't imagine that Kira would have powers, Isaac/Alisson I think is good because I didn't like Alisson/Scot but it have to be more elaborated to make a good couple, I didn't understand the last scene for Derek but something is not good for his uncle, but (for me) the only bad thing in the episode is that take at least half of it to make me feel excited to watch, well I guess is because I just had watched HIMYM, (that in my opinion, again, one of the best episodes I ever watched, if you didn't watched you must watch).

  5. I already knew she would have powers but now I'm not sure if she is a Kitsune or not I know the Oni are the creatures that came out of the Nemeton they look like they'll be hard to fight.

  6. Do you think that it means something that there are three Oni? Idk but i kind of thought that maybe one is there for Scott, one for Stiles and one for Allison. Another possibility is that maybe each Oni represents the darkness inside it's respective 'other half' since they came into being when our guy's began to feel better.

    (Sry,if i spelled something wrong/ English isn't my first language) But i hope it's ok. :)

  7. yea but the Oni went after Isaac. Maybe they are going after those who were the 3's anchors.

  8. That's my guess, too. That they're going after the 3 anchors. I think that they were maybe there for Allison(since it was her room and they didn't kill Isaac ) and Isaac was just in the wrong place at the wrong time,

  9. I very literally had just said to the tv screen "Where the hell is her father?" when Allison's father walked in. We haven't seen him yet this half of the season and that was definitely a memorable entrance.

Tamlyn Tomita has long been one of my favorite actresses. Was glad to see her.

Highly annoyed at the fact that the last scene was the last scene. :-) I want the rest of that scene NOW. :-)

After finding out how desperate their state was before they met up with Deucalian it makes sense that they would work to get Scott to accept them. Also glad they didn't earn it by the end of the episode. But my favorite thing about that scene was Scott's inclusion of Stiles in his pack.

Kira slurps up electricity. I knew she was going to be *something* but I was expecting her to be some time of were....this was a bit of a surprise. I was trying to figure out, from her expression, if she was aware she could do that or not.

Yay! Lydia got her Banshee on. The Sheriff was awesome...'Lydia wasn't on the chessboard." LOL

Thank goodness for humorous banter because Derek and Peter's story is taking too long to reveal any hints as to what the story is about. I'd be okay with taking the time to play the story out but I'd like to at least have a clue as to what's going on. Right now it's too nebulous. This was the only problem I had with the ep.

  10. From the trailer we got in December I figured the "We're coming after all of them one by one." to be all the main characters but we'll have to see what their purpose really is.

  11. I thought she was going to be a Kitsune because that's a big part of this half of the seasons mythology.

  12. I was doing the same thing you were about wondering where Chris was. I was just starting to wonder if we were going to see him at all in the first couple of episodes because I had already been thinking it was weird we hadn't seen him when Allison had been having hallucinations. So I definitely did a happy dance when he appeared in the doorway-Chris is the best (actually all the parents on this show are, minus Scott's dad).

I've always liked how Scott includes humans in his pack. I think it makes him different from possibly any other alpha out there. Even though Allison was Scott's anchor, Stiles has sort of always been the one to keep Scott grounded and help him make critical decisions that influenced where he is today so it's good to see that Scott values his opinion as much as Isaac's (whose presence in the pack actually makes him physically stronger). I think Scott sees Stiles as making the pack mentally stronger.

I loved the scene with the Sheriff and Stiles. The exchange was great, but I also loved how Lydia was just playing with the door in the background and then waved at the Sheriff like there was nothing wrong. I mean no wonder it all seems surreal to him. I especially loved the end of their exchange.

Stiles: "I know. I know how it sounds. But basically it means she can sense when someone is close to death."
Sheriff: "Can she sense I'm about to kill you?"

  13. Stiles was Scott's anchor for the ritual, not Alison...

  14. ..oh,i completly forgot about that due to all these promos *lol* thanks for reminding me!

  15. Oh in that sense, yes she was. I thought that WolfTv was referring to the ritual, and you are right that Deaton was Scott's anchor for that one.

  16. Chris Argent's "Another werewolf?!" and Sheriff's "Lydia wasn't on the chessboard" are my fav lines in the whole ep; had me giggling and snorting and laughing for minutes :D

  17. I hope Derek and Peter meet up with the rest of the group soon, there's just not enough of them right now.
I expected to dislike Kira but I like her a lot, I'm even starting to prefer her to Allison.
Also, I have a question: is Cora never coming back because the actress is on another network or is she hiding in a closet and she'll jump out of it to surprise everyone?

  18. Loved the episode. It overall had great pacing - humor, drama, mystery and creepiness factor. I could have lived without the Allison and Isaac almost make-out scene.

Kira and Scott have good chemistry on screen- and they are a lot more interesting together than Scott and Allison every were. Scott and wasabi scene was funny, although overdone - I pile gauc on everything, just thinking about that much wasabi makes my eyes water. Kira is half Japanese - they had a lot of kamis (gods/spirits) and demons - maybe something like that? Kitsunes tend to be a pretty popular Japanese monster.

Loved Chris walking in on Allison and Isaac and then him screaming 30 seconds later, but I thought that the scenes between Allison and Isaac were pointless. Although the Isaac scne as the end was a little creepy.

  19. I have this idea about Scott's Dad... I think he's going to have some kind of supernatural encounter before the end of the season. Just because it's the only way I can think of to save the Sheriff's job.

I love everything about Stiles and his dad. The gay club exchange from last season was hysterical. I really like that the Sheriff had taken a fairly even keel stance to this new side of the world. It's very practical. I'm convince that, if we were to pop in on Stiles in 15 or 20 years. He will be either a detective in a larger city or Sheriff in Beacon Hills.

  20. I have to say, this was my favorite episode of Teen Wolf in Season 3B. I've never really liked characters hallucinating (although I have to admit that it handled it better than any other show I've seen), so I struggled at certain points with the last two episodes. Mind you that's just a personal preference-there were still things that I liked.

However this episode was, in my opinion, a prime example of when Teen Wolf is firing on all cylinders. They had the perfect blend of humor, horror, and character advancement. There were so many points tonight that I cracked up laughing-the pranking scenes with Coach, Stiles getting caught pulling the fire alarm, Stiles clueing his dad into Lydia being a banshee, Scott eating the wasabi, and probably more that I'm forgetting about.

The character advancement this week was great too. One thing I really have liked is how deep Stiles and Lydia's relationship has become-that really came through last week with her talking him down and this week we got see him reassure her that he totally believed in her having sensed Barrow at the school earlier when she was doubting herself.

Also, I expected to find myself somewhat dislike Kira when the season began because I'm still rooting for Allison and Scott, but to my surprise I've grown to already really like her. I guess because I always felt awkward and out of place in high school, so she feels totally relatable to me. Arden Cho was a really good choice to play her and they've written her character really well so far. The right mix of interactions with her father (who she can be honest with so we get a sense of what she feels like she's going through socially) and Scott. And of course with the ending, now it's got me wondering about what she is and if she knew before it happened.

The twins had some good advancement too. I'm glad that they're not just automatically being accepted into the pack and that they're willing to work at showing that they've changed rather than just give up. The only thing I didn't like, like most of you, was Allison and Isaac. While I'll admit they had some funny scenes-Isaac getting shocked by her window for example or Chris walking in on them-in general I cringed every time I thought they would actually hook up. I'm still not quite sure why the writers chose to pursue their relationship after seeing how fans reacted at even the first hint of a relationship in 3A.

Anyway I'd say this was an awesome episode. I'm staying at my parents house right now and my dad went to bed early and my mom (who's 63) said she was going to too, so I started Teen Wolf and she ended up staying up for it. About halfway into the show she asked me what the show was and I told her. Her response was, "Oh that's interesting. It's really entertaining-I'd like to see more of it." I always try to convince my friends to watch telling them the title and the fact that it's on MTV is majorly misleading. I just wish more people would drop their preconceptions and give the show a shot. Oh well, all we can do is tell them about it and give them an occasional nudge in the right direction. Here's hoping next week's episode is just as good!
