  3. Holy hell, that blows!! Sorry to hear that.

    ReplyDelete
  4. DAMNNN!!!!!!!!! THAT SUCKSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Whoa! I can honestly say that I didn't say that coming! I was hoping John Noble would be a regular next season. Maybe he will be? Didn't think he'd be War or Jeremy or evil.

And no at Abbie! Jenny better still be alive and Irving better be out of jail soon and no that cliffhanger.

WAITING UNTIL FALL IS CRUEL, FOX. CRUEL.

    ReplyDelete
  6. That was bloody awesome. What an ending, redefines the word "cliffhanger".

    ReplyDelete
  7. Walternate, you bastard!

    ReplyDelete
  8. It was awesome!!! I love this show! So many twists and turns, and the cliffhanger was a "true" cliffhanger! Abbie stuck in Purgatory, Crane buried in a box, Jenny in a car accident, Irving in jail . . . . I cannot wait until the Fall!

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hahaha! I know, right? Bad, bad Walter :D

    ReplyDelete
  10. I have yet to watch but can someone kindly tell what happens with Katrina. Is she out of Purgatory or still stuck there?

    ReplyDelete
  11. John Noble was so perfectly cast for that role its mind blowing. If they gave Emmy's to casting directors, Sleepy Hollows would deserve one.

    ReplyDelete
  12. That was a great twist! I wasn't expecting it either!

    ReplyDelete
  13. That was one of the best plot twists and best finales I have ever seen. I was convinced Henry was just a good guy the entire time, never suspected a thing, then it's revealed he's War, I was already speechless, but the reveal he's Jeremy too? I was screaming at my TV.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Amazing totally saw it coming that Henry was their son sucks that we have to wait for the fall

    ReplyDelete
  15. Sorry! That sucks. Hopefully, you can watch it on the Fox website tomorrow!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Tell me about it, my yelp of surprise woke half my house.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I was speechless too! I couldn't believe it when they revealed that Parish was Jeremy!

    ReplyDelete
  18. In this case, I would say that Torrents are your friend ;)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Thanks to both of you. As a Katrina fan, this makes me happy. :)

    ReplyDelete
  20. No problem! The situation is kinda of messed up though. You'll see :-)

    ReplyDelete
  21. Anytime. Hurry and watch though, you will be surprised ;)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Now THAT is how you do a freakin' finale! Bravo to the brilliant writers for making such a fantastic final episode to a brilliant season!

Woah, I did not expect Henry to be Jeremy or The Second Horseman at all. That was a great plot twist! I will absolutely love John Noble playing evil next season! He is such a brilliant actor.

And noooo at Abbie being stuck in Purgatory, Jenny potentially being dead, Ichabod being thrown into a coffin, and Katrina being taken away from Ichabod AGAIN (that must suck)! I really hope they can be saved soon!

Overall, this finale was nothing short of fantastic and I can't wait for next season! Bring on season 2!

    ReplyDelete
  23. I think it also serves to illustrate in my mind the superiority of the Cable model 10-13 episode season. this whole season was so action packed and tightly paced it was awesome. Other shows take note, THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT RIGHT!

    ReplyDelete
  24. no I can't. I don't have a provider so I have to wait 8 days unless our local station can do a re-run sooner. I'm thinking about buying them on amazon.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I rather buy them. I don't torrent...

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well, hopefully it's up to purchase on itunes or something soon. Crossing my fingers for ya!

    ReplyDelete
  27. I DIDN'T EXPECT A DAMN THING!!! THE ONLY THING I KNEW OF IS THAT KATRINA WOULD BE OUT OF PURGATORY, AND IT WOULD BE A SOUL FOR A SOUL...EVERYTHING ELSE....MIND IRRUPTED LIKE A VOLCANO!!!! OMG!!! AND WE HAVE TO WAIT TIL FALL!!!! = ( = ( OMG MY SLEEPY HEAD HEART!!!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Oh, I'm sorry! That really sucks! They really take 8 days to post the episodes? Ugh.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I know! I cannot wait until the Fall! I want more Sleepy Hollow next week. But now it's "The Following" time. Haha :-)

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'll get them from amazon

    ReplyDelete
  31. Fantastic. Will be a purchase I assure you you will no regret!

    ReplyDelete
  32. only if you don't have cable or satellite. if you have that it's available the next day. I watch with antenna so I have to wait 8 days but I will watch it!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. You definitely won't regret it! The episodes were awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  34. YES THIS IS TRUE!! IT IS THE FOLLOWING TIME!! BUT OMFG!!!! That entire two hrs i didn't blink!!!! And there's sooooo many feels!!! Sadness, happiness, shock, nervousness, disappointment!!! I mean WTF!??!!?!?!?! That was like one huge movie, with the best cliffhangers EVER!! So manyyy cliffhangers!!! Idk even, i can't even...wow!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Awww . . . that's not cool! Well, I'm happy you'll be happy to see the episodes from Amazon!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I didn't blink either. Both episodes were great!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Best cliffhanger ever! Hope when the show comes back, tide will turn

    ReplyDelete
  38. I gotta come back later. I have to try and wrap my head around what just went down. Actually i'm gonna try and put it aside, b/c now I have to watch my Being Human. I'll be back later. Hopefully i can give a better comment. haha

    ReplyDelete
  39. ....or you can just go to thedarewall.c o m ( under tv/movie section) and watch them online ;)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Hahaha! Enjoy your show :-)

    ReplyDelete
  41. If you by chance have an Android might I suggest Google Play, simply because the app works nice if you want to watch it on a mobile device, or stream it right from Google without needing to download it. I only suggest it because I bought a few videos via Amazon but I dislike watching them on their site.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I don't mind paying for something awesome and supporting John Noble and the Sleepy Hollow cast :)

    ReplyDelete
  43. I don't have an android but my blue ray has wifi and I can watch amazon prime on it or episodes I buy

    ReplyDelete
  44. ',Didn't think he'd be War or Jeremy or evil.''

Or all of these above! MIND BLOWING NIGHT!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Best cliffhanger EVER!!!! I was totally surprised that Henry was really Jeremy. Cannot wait until the fall!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  46. For the "Awesome Cliffhanger" folks, have you ever seen the third season finale of Angel?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Great, while the episode ended predictably and slow, it did totally change the board for next season

    ReplyDelete
  48. And you're absolutly right! :)

    ReplyDelete
  49. I'm relieved that at last Sleepy Hollow managed to surprise me, though I've enjoyed this season often I've found it pretty predictable but this was great.

I was really hoping Henry wasn't the traitor but when he touched the beads and they got attacked by demons, something just seemed off about him

But I had no clue he was their son! A few episodes back I thought he might be a relative but damnnnn this is messed up.

Talk about a Empire Strike Back downer ending! Abbie is trapped in purgatory, Katrina has been taken by the HH, Icky is stuck in he ground, War is here, Jenny is injured and Irving is in jail! I hope they don't fix it really easily in the S2 premiere like some shows do

    ReplyDelete
  50. I swear John was announced as a S2 regular a while back but I can't find the confirmation now. Anyway I think we will get a lot of that evil evil man next season! Maybe there is some goodness left in him? Either way John Noble will continue to act everyone off screen.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I knew that the Jeremy story was not over and i was right. Now we wait for the next season. I only hope that Abby in Purgatory will not be the theme of season 2.

I admit that I watched the first episode out of mild curiosity but it's been a good series and it was a great season 1 cliffhanger. John Noble being a traitor wasn't a big surprise but him being Jeremy Crane was huge and they've laid some incredible groundwork.

Anyone know if next season is also 13 episodes? I think one of the best things about this show so far is it's been able to keep right on the story myth arc. Anything that could be considered filler was also important for the plot.

Also, considering the 2 risen horsemen so far have had grudges against the Cranes anyone placing bets that if Victor Garber appears again he'll end up being Famine or Pestilence?

  53. the second seal now broken, henry- actually jeremy AND war, abraham- took katrina, crane- buried and restrained under the ground, abbie- stuck in purgatory with moloch, jenny- in a car-flipping accident, irving- taken away for "murder". I NEED SEASON 2

  58. Bummer. Sorry. Hang in there.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Awesome! John Noble's "Henry Parish" turn around was phenomenal. (I guess he's 'The Man that Sold the World' again!)

Wish we would have had more Ichabod and dad scenes (even though it wasn't his actual father), but I liked how they used that relationship to parallel and back shadow the story with Geremy. I'm hopeful that maybe there will be a resolution between the other Mr. Crane down the line, maybe also running along side a Jeremy redemption arc? (It would suck to have to just kill John Noble with no progression)

I was also reminded of Indiana Jones or National Treasure and Milo Rambaldi's Tomb scene with Washington's....I'm hoping that Andy isn't gone either, but the theme of imprisonment was really well done in this episode in terms of where we leave everyone. Too bad we have to wait so long for the second season, but SO glad we're getting one! XD

    ReplyDelete
  60. The wait does suck, but it's so much better for the writers/producers, because they have more time to get what-ever they think they want done. There was a statement made recently that they really had to push to get the first season done on time...

    ReplyDelete
  61. I have not. Was it good?

    ReplyDelete
  62. Here I was about to jump on the "Katrina is actually evil"-bandwagon after browsing through some theories and Ichabod's "We trusted you!" from last week's promo. I never would have thought Henry would turn out be to Jeremy and on top of that War as well.
I'm glad that Katrina is finally out of Purgatory. Maybe she'll be the one to rescue them all, it would be a good opportunity to flesh out her character and I don't see Team Witness winning this war without supernatural forces on their side.

  63. Glad you got to catch it so quick. I agree, we need an Epic button on this one. Just gonna point out one ray of hope. The show producers have said that they intend to air ALL of seasons 2 episodes in the fall with none spilling into January. That means they will have to premiere early, most likely in the Sept 8-15th range. That means instead of a 9 month wait, its only 8 months! Still a long while, but hey, a month is a month!

    ReplyDelete
  64. I read production starts in March so maybe we'll get it even sooner *wishful thinking*

    ReplyDelete
  65. I remember posting on here asking why hasn't Moloch used Crane's son as leverage to make him suffer and the finale answered my question haha.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Of course the Finale was awesome bc the bad blood episode was written by the Fringe Writers :)

    ReplyDelete
  67. Bad Blood as a title sorta was a dead giveaway lol

    ReplyDelete
  68. Fox usually premieres there shows a week before the other networks start airing their premieres

  69. This was the best season finale of all the shows i watch. It added such an amazing twist to it. As a Katrina fan, i am glad she is out of purgatory, because poor Ichabod all he wanted was his wife. when he was alone in that cabin and he had tears in his eyes, that was the most heartfelt moment. His love for Katrina paid off at the end for him, but then finding out Henry was Jeremy was a blow. What a way to get revenge on your parents. Now, Katrina is abducted by the Horseman and Ichabod in a coffin. Also, i like Jenny. I hope she makes it to the next season. She is just so interesting to watch. Can't wait for the next season.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Liked both eps a lot. first one more than the second, I think. I expected the 'I can't leave unless someone else stays' thing and I expected Katrina and Ichabod's son to have gotten out of the grave the witches put him in. I did NOT the twist about him coming. I absolutely LOVE it when that happens. Even with that though...something about the 'everyone is in dire straits all is lost' situation felt done before. Not quite as happy with the Captain being whisked off the canvas for the whole finale. I liked him and wonder now if he'll even be back next season.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Holy Crap awesomeeeeeeee season finale, amazing twist. John Noble FTW!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Great finale. I never, never saw the Henry twist coming. John Noble was all sorts of amazing, just wow. Everyone ended up in a terrible slate though, I have no idea what will happen next! Kuddos to the writers for the major twist they pulled on all of us!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Certainly did not expect the twists shown in the last few minutes..enjoyed the episodes completely! cannot wait for season 2!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Agreed! Was completely mindblown. Thought he was the good one..I thought maybe something's wrong about him when his hand was hurt when he touched the beads but that lasted for just two seconds cause I thought no way, he's been so helpful so far! And now he's Ichabod's son!! Wow!

    ReplyDelete
  75. What a great finale! John Noble's awesome! The whole sequence revealing Henry Parrish's real identity was really well done, and to me, the best scenes all season. I'm glad that Ichabod and Abbie's friendship remains intact, and that the prophecy didn't involve Ichabod betraying Abbie or anything. I'm also glad Katrina is out of purgatory. I actually like Ichabod and Katrina's enduring love story, while also enjoying his close (and hopefully forever platonic) friendship with Abbie. After finishing a marathon of the entire first season, and seeing the story as an uninterrupted whole, I'm even more excited for next season!
