So many new and returning faces! Dewey continues to be my favourite, he is such a lovable idiot can you imagine him with his cousin Dilly? The world might end with their stupidity.
I loved how Detroit was so grim and gray and Florida was bathed in greens and sunlight, made a nice contrast.
I feel really bad for Boyd right now, he is so used to being in control and everything is out of his control.
As for Raylan he needs to step up and see his daughter! I know he is worried about being like Arlo but by staying away he is acting like his father.
Yes, I feel bad for Boyd too. I hope it turns out to be a good idea to let the girl live. I loved the first scene with Raylan and Dewey in the courtroom.
I think letting her live will only cause trouble for Boyd but I think he is kind of screwed this season and I hope eventually finds a way to be on top again.
Watching the scenes in Detroit and the scenes in Florida was like two different shows, which was really cool. When Mr. Picker was calling out for Sammy in the other room and he didn't respond, I was sure they'd killed him and the moment he showed up I thought 'how ridiculous of me to think that. Why would they kill their boss?' and then BLAM! Sammy got his head blown off.
I'm glad to the show is back to its big baddie concept and I believe Daryl Crowe will be bringing a lot of trouble to the folks of Harlan. If he kills his own, imagine what he does to his enemies?
Overall, loved the opening bang of the season and I'm looking forward to next week's ep :)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Awful, Did not hook me like the previous seasons have but I'm sure the villain will gel more with me.

ReplyDeleteDewey's face when he realise it isn't $300!
I loved this beginning in the courtroom. Poor Dewey can't tell the difference between 300 and 300,000. Even the judge is exasperated at him!
ReplyDeleteConsidering Dilly is dead. Dewey might be next. The Crowes murder their own!

The Tribute Video to Elmore Leonard was touching and brought a tear in my eyes lol
ReplyDeleteI laughed so hard when he mis-heard the judge haha
