  1. Not as great at the season 1 Pilot but still enjoyable. I liked Mark and Luke, and I knew they were twins. Haha. Gotta give it up to Ryan, he is muchhealthier, did u guys see that chase scene?? Hell yeah KB, your in great shape for your age. I feel they have great plans for us this season, can't wait.

  3. I was honestly impressed that they managed to keep the "feel" of the show the same, while changing it up a little. Feels like a new beginning, but man those twins were awesome. Like with Emma and the guys last season, the side characters are so gripping and they just catch your attention with their behaviour. Loved it. Very hopeful that they will make up for the end of last season.

  4. Great, I thought it set up the major conflicts and themes of the entire season brilliantly with excellent performances.

  5. Rated it a great. Good one to start the season by filling in some of the holes from last season while setting the stage for the rest of the season. Interesting to see Ryan's "recovery/not involved" facade while his obsession seems to be on the brink of possibly taking him over. the masks and the creepy twins were a nice touch as well as the creepy twins running a separate cult that psycho Emma doesn't know about..... yet. Looking forward to seeing how things develop from here...

    how did Joe survive?

  7. In the season finale, he looked trapped inside a burning cabin by the ocean. From the camera angle - from Ryan's angle - it looked like the flames ate up Joe, but the truth was that once the flames had reached a certain height so that Ryan couldn't see him anymore, Joe ran out the back of the cabin (while Ryan was running out on the other side), he jumped in the ocean just as the cabin exploded, swam for a few hundred (?) feet, and was picked up by someone in a truck.

Max Hardy is very like chole o brien who is on a computer feeding intel....guess Ryan want to investigation on his own without the FBI watching......and he definately want revenge since he lost two people close to him

  9. Very cool start to a very good show! I can't wait to see what the season has in store for us! :D

  10. Oh I've missed this creepyness so much! If it is true that Emma's on the dark I'm dissapointed but the tweents are already creepy enough to make up for it. Ryan with the mask scared me. Can't wait for the rest of the season.

  11. In this episode he was obviously used as a plot device to connect the two groups with each other but i'm also hoping that we'll see more of him.

  12. Annnd Joe Lives!!!

  13. - I'm glad that Ryan is taking matters into his own hands and that he's not working with the FBI because let's be honest: Their work last season was... suboptimal to put it nicely. It's nice to know he doesn't have to follow protocol and breaking the rules.
    - Also enjoying Jessica Stroup as Max though I have a feeling she won't make it out alive this season.

    - I'm still not entirely sold on Joe's escape. What about the DNA found at the cabin? How did it get there? Did Joe planted it there or did a cult follower alter the records? But i'm intrigued by his current living situation.
    - Those twins were creepy as hell and I'm looking forward to see how they will interact with each other. Luke seems eccentric and impulsive whereas Mark is more collected and one the quiet ones.

Overall, I thought it was a good season premiere, maintaining the same feel as last season while starting out with a mostly clean slate.

  14. you think Claire might still be alive??

  15. Given that Mike delivers the death message to Ryan very early in the season premiere, I highly doubt it. They would've kept the mystery open for much longer if she was indeed alive or even if they just wanted to "play" with the mystery. I think they just wanted to show the contrast - we see him grief stricken, crying and almost tearing his own head off when he gets the death message - black screen - a new day in NYC, with a healed Ryan Hardy one year later.

  16. I cant deal with the fact that they killed of Claire

  17. Yeah, I always do that when I don't wanna go to school...

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yeah i just have a feeling one of those twins is gonna kill him

    ReplyDelete
  19. It was the guy Ryan got the jump on lol

    ReplyDelete
  20. Killing Claire may have not been the best move but it's the best move towards Ryan character as he shows no interest in helping the FBI while secretly he looking for answers and less worrying bout FBI's red tape and protocols.

  21. I enjoyed it quite a bit! The new Followers seem as quirky and freaky as ever. I wonder how Emma is going to reintegrate herself into the main group. I cannot stand her!

  22. Those twins were super creepy! I'm also happy that Ryan is working outside the FBI. Now, he can do what he wants!

  23. I had a feeling they were twins too w/one being at the top level and the other being on the bottom level. I was like, "That was quick. Possibly twins?"

One may be a bit more unstable than the other. Very creepy though!

  24. THAT WAS THE MOMENT I FIGURED IT OUT TOO!!! Sorry, voice is lowered. Hahaha, Seriously when one was looking up, and then he was right there as soon as she came out the elevator, i was thinking, i know he couldn't have ran THAT quickly up the stairs. they've got to be twins. I thought they were hilarious. I was like my god, they really have nooo compassion whatsoever. It was so dark, i was excited. lol (i'm a writer, we often are really dark). It wasn't the things they did, that really made me like them, it was the fact that they were still acting like she was alive. "Heather, i can make you a white egg omelette" "Heather honey you can't just lie there, you have to get up". I was like wow, these guys are a trip.

Idk if one is more unstable than the other. Well, actually now that i think about it, i think Luke is a tad bit more psychotic than Mark. (I can't believe i can tell the difference between them so quickly). I actually had a dream about them last night. I was in Sleepy Hollow territory then as soon as Ichabbie were about to kiss, MY STUPID PHONE RANG! I was so mad, i quickly went back to sleep and got my dream back, but unfortunately this time, i could not go back to where i left off. (I usually can) So it just continued somewhere else, then i went into The Following. And Mark and Luke were there. And so was Emma ugh!! Why idk, but i wanted her dead in my dream. LOL

  25. Yes, he was in the truck.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Emma definitely needs to be dead, and Ichabbie needs to happen soon!

Hmm . . . all this time, I thought it was one twin doing all that stuff w/Heather, but now I it was both of them. Which one karate chopped the poor dude in the neck? I can't remember which is which. One seems much more quiet though, and that was probably the one on the bed w/her. The one dancing w/her was probably the more frenetic one. Can't wait to see the next episode!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yes!! she does!! and i can't wait for the interaction with Ichabbie for season 2!! (omg so much tension, i'll write my comment on the episode later in its area)

Luke was the one that danced with her, and slapped Carlos' neck. Mark is the one that was in bed with her, offered to make her breakfast and put the make up on her. Luke also said he needed help with her, and that's when Mark came out the shower. LOL (yeah i have a good eye with twins i like to thank all the celebrity twins out there) You know what's interesting? This guy is pulling a LiLo...it's only one actor IRL, playing a duel role. Oh how i wish there were two.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Even more impressive when they're played by one guy!

    ReplyDelete
  29. I agree. But i still want two. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  30. I had hopes it would get better... how naive I was.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Killing Claire may have not been the best move but it's the best move towards Ryan character as he shows no interest in helping the FBI while secretly he looking for answers and less worrying bout FBI's red tape and protocols.

  32. It was the guy Ryan got the jump on lol

  33. Those masks creeped me the hell out! Hahaha!
I was very impressed by the explanation behind Joe's survival. One of the better resurrections I've seen on TV in a looooong time! I was also very impressed by how long FOX has managed to keep Claire's fate a secret. It was great to see Ryan in a much healthier state!

I'm happy the show is back! And it maintains the intense, chilling and gripping feeling I get when watching it, which is something I've been really missing while it was on hiatus.
