  1. I was disappointed, to say the least, in the direction Bo's storyline took last week so I'm hoping for a significant course correction. I probably shouldn't hold my breath though.

please tell me that was not Kenzi that Bo was feeding on

  3. Jeez LG Ptb and writers have you lost your ever loving minds????? You have systematically gone out of your way to throw a mind fuck at all the fandom huh? I'll say this the kiss between dyson and Tamsin better turn out to be nothing or all hell is going to break loose. Remember the doccubus
firestorm over episode 7? Do you guys really want to keep doing this to your fans? Think long and hard about that question seriously.

  4. OMG, is that Tamsin kissing Dyson at 0:20?? *shipper mode activated* I loved them together in season 3 when they were partners & had such excellent chemistry! They should've been together then. Now it's too forced. Oh well, this entire season has been nothing but fan service - they've tried just about any character combo.
Too bad, though, I definitely prefer to watch Tamsin/Dyson together rather than pining over Bo (along with Lauren).

  5. I think the biggest issue with this season is that it's non-stop fan service - the writers seem to be trying to please everyone in the fandom, all shippers, so naturally no one is pleased. It's turned into mindless fan service with a bare semblance of a story behind it.
So it shouldn't matter if doccubus, or valkubus, or Bo/Dyson shippers throw a fit over an episode or storyline. What matters is that the show get back to taking its viewers seriously and being more coherent and logical.
It's such a shame what the writing has turned into. :( I love the cast and I'd hate to see the show cancelled or discontinued.

  6. It seems so. I'm shocked about it.

  7. Let's think Bo's really weak and Kenzi is the only one avaliable. And let's think she volunteered, of course (anything for Bo-Bo).

  8. Looks like it. Wonder if that's where Hale comes in, seeing as he's blasting someone with his powers, not too far-fetched to think its Bo in an attempt to make her stop.

  9. But Kenzi is crying. That's not good.

  10. OMFG! 0.20. I actually gasped out loud... So shocked!

  11. I'm shocked and disturbed by the Tamsin/Dyson kiss, because I'm wholeheartedly rooting for Valkubus. But still, can't deny that I'm now seriously curious about this episode. A lot of fans might not like this turmoil of events, but it does keep us on the edge of our seats.

  12. I really want Tamsin pining over Bo :-) But can't deny that she and Dyson would make a cute couple... I do feel the whole Dyson "One Love" thing is ruining the Dyson storyline. They could have done a lot with his character, but mostly he's just all about Bo. So hopefully they'll shock him with some Fae magic and give him more love!!

  13. Oh, right, I'd almost forgotten about the whole "wolves mate for life" thing! Frankly, to me it's beginning to look like Dyson has developed feelings for Kenzi and/or Lauren.
I, too, hope they'll give him some more love! :)
If it were up to me, the love triangle, if there was ever any need for one, would have been Bo/Dyson/Tamsin from the start (as in Bo/Dyson, Dyson/Tamsin and Tamsin/Bo). That could have made the dynamics between them much more complex and interesting than the conventional "I can't choose who I love more" logic behind Dyson/Bo/Lauren.

  14. Kenzi has blood on her sleeve. I think she offered up her chi to save someone. Probably Hale...

  15. I would have loved that love triangle! Imagine all the storyline possibilities :-) Would have been awesome! Other than that, If I could choose to pair Dyson with anyone, I'd pair him with Kenzi :-) They've got great chemistry! And they really bonded while Bo was away. I love Dyson and Lauren hanging out together, and he seems to really care about her. But the writers could never put them together. I'm sure every Doccubus fan would boycott the show the moment anything happened. LOL.

  16. OMG Tamsin and Dyson getting it on. Bo feeding on Kenzi. Now We Are Talking....Bring The Drama Yeah!

  17. Yeah I get that but I think what I really wanted to say is for the writers to stop making the fans angry. They had to have known that the sex scene in episode 7 would be
disturbing to the doccubus fans. Also they would right assume that Tamsin kissing
Dyson would send the Valkubus shippers into an uproar too. I don't know what the
Dybo shippers think of the kiss between Tamsin and Dyson?

  18. I think every DyBo and Doccubus fan would be very very confused lol

  19. 1) This is not the first kiss between Tamsin and Dyson (she kissed him the very first episode she was in), so I don't get how that would be disturbing. Besides, it has been hinted before that they're attracted to each other ("She's easy on the eyes", "If you wanted to sleep with me, you didn't have to come up on a ledge to get my attention" etc). Imo, their scenes together bring out the playfulness in both characters, so if there's proper build up to their kiss in the next episode, I'm looking forward to it.

    2) I understood what you said before, I just don't think it's possible anymore, and at this point it shouldn't be a factor.
Between the 5 largest shipper groups in the fandom - dybo, doccubus, valkubus, denzi, henzi(?) - there's no way to keep the fans happy. However way you pair up the characters, at least 2/3 of the fandom will be angry. It's a problem of the writer's own making, because they got tangled in a web of canon relationships.
You say the doccubus fans were angry after ep.7 - what if there had been no sex scene, what difference would it make?

Say Lauren stayed loyal to Bo, and so did Dyson, and so did Tamsin. What should Bo do, keep them all as lovers, and call each of them on different days of the week? Are all 3 of them supposed to be on standby for whenever she feels like calling them (yes, that's a euphemism)?

Frankly, as a DyBo fan, I've lost interest in the current arrangement and I want them either to be together permanently, or both to move on. Right now, this ridiculous stalemate is frustrating, and I think this season has seriously hurt Bo's character. Bo doesn't seem to be in love with anyone, instead she seems to be using the people around her (both physically and emotionally).

    3) Anyway, as I said, I'd prefer the remaining episodes (is it 2 or 3?) to bring the mythology to the forefront, tie up all the loose ends and answer all the questions that haven't been answered yet, for example "Who the fae is Reinard really and how is he Bo's destiny? How and why did the Wanderer abduct Bo? What happened to Aife? What is the whole story between Trick/Aife/the Wanderer?" etc.
