Dudek will guest star in the episode titled "Once We Were Gods" as Professor Vera Gates, a bright, young archeology professor excited to begin studying a 3,000-year-old sarcophagus. What makes this discovery especially unique, however, is that the sarcophagus is decorated with a carving of Anubis (the Egyptian God of the Dead) as opposed to the typical sarcophagus carving -- that of a pharaoh.
In the hour titled "The Show Must Go On," David will play Heidg, the ringmaster for a unique traveling carnival. An entertainer above all, Hedig is very proud of what he's built, willing to do whatever it takes to get his performers to put on the best show possible.
Both episodes will air in the spring following the Sochi Winter Olympics.

Ooh, I love Anne! Glad I get to see her on this show.
ReplyDeleteWait a second... Keith David... Ringmaster... traveling carnival... oh, god! NBC is trying to sneak The Cape back onto the air!
ReplyDeleteYay, Anne! Will be happy to see her!
ReplyDeleteBoth episodes sound interesting, but especially 315. I hope Anubis actually appears and is another one of the Non-Wesen beings like La Llorona and Volcanalis
ReplyDeleteI hope so, it would be really nice to see gods and higher beings being explored, but I bet that will be a coyote-like wesen :S
ReplyDeleteI think Anubis had a Jackal head, didn't he? (Schakal? They don't look the part, though.)
ReplyDeleteYes!!! My mistake, Teen Wolf fault (in the last ep. there was a werecoyote) lol
ReplyDeleteAll we need now is for Keith as the ringmaster singing "Friends on the Other Side." :D
