  1. Whoo! Can't wait. This show is really awesome. I wonder how long til we get some real answers about Stephen's dad?

  2. Damn, looks like an action-packed episode! With the exception of the triangle which is dragging things down (when Cara essentially justified her cheating on John by saying he never lets her in, OMG), the show is getting better as we delve more and more into the narrative. Too bad it probably won't live beyond this season, by moving it to Monday The CW's essentially giving up.

I'm on board with Cara as the new leader, but only if they don't play the nauseating "Stephen encourages Cara to think for herself and not blindly follow John" card to try to pimp out Cara/Stephen. When they did it in the episode that ended with those two sleeping together... ugh, it was so contrived and made no sense. Cara had never been afraid to challenge John and speak her mind when she disagreed with him. Whatever, even after all of John's lies I still prefer him over Stephen who's a total Gary Stu.

  4. I'm new to the show and I agree with every single point you just made! I rolled my eyes when Cara essentially said 'I had to cheat because of you.' Way to take no responsibility for any decision you make ever. Great leadership potential. there. Cara seems so inconsistently written. Stephen seems forced. I really like John as the tortured hero, and he acts it really really well, but even some of his lines... in the last episode even some of his lines made it seem like the writers think they are writing for an audience of tiny children and they therefore need to spell everything out for us instead of just letting the actors carry it. Sorry, feeling really snarky today, I suppose.

I'm on the fence with this show. It started strong, then just started to roll down hill for me. I'm hoping it picks up in the next few episodes and redeems some of the characters. I'm sticking it out for now. Just annoyed.
