ReplyDeleteLewis will be guilty 100% he kidnapped and rape a NYPD officer it special circumstances but I could see him find a way to fight the charges
ReplyDeleteHe actually didn't rape her. He came close but Olivia got the upper hand. There is no denying he is guilty but the most interesting part of the episode will be the focus on how Olivia deals with this. After all, we've seen victims go through the entire process before. Get attacked, repeat what happened a hundred times, and then they go to trial where they will most likely be tortured even more. And knowing Lewis he will pull all the stops to try and break Olivia in as many ways he possibly can. To see how Olivia deals with it will be what makes or breaks the episode.

ReplyDeleteWarren tweeted that we already know who will defend Lewis... do we? I'm clueless so pls fill me in if anyone know this. I've seen the photos of Lewis in court but it looks like there's a stand-in sitting beside him (and in Barba's chair too that's why I'm thinking it's a stand-in)
